I ordered her in 2009, but received her in 2010, so I'll just post it here.
* What did you order? the LE Dear Deer Sarang girl
* When did you order? December 27th is when I paid
* How was the communication? It was very nice, they always respond within 24 hours (except on the weekends)
* How easy was it to pay? Yes, I actually had no problem using their system
* How long did it take to ship? I had my girl at home within 30 days. They gave me an estimate, but it ended up shipping a week early so that was really nice.
* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Yes, except for the wig, I wasn't really satisfied with it.
* Did the item look like the sales pictures? Yes, Blue Fairy really does have accurate photos.
* Were you satisfied with the product? Yes!! I absolutely love my girl!
* If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem? N/A
* Would you order from this company again? Yes, I love their dolls, their service, their quality, they are really nice.

What did you order? TF Basic Louis (boy body) and a pair of loafers
When did you order? March 3rd, 2010
How was the communication? Great, they sent me e-mails letting me know when they received payment, etc. and they responded fairly quickly to my questions on their Q&A board
How easy was it to pay? Easy, I used Paypal
How long did it take to ship? Really fast. Shipped out on the 5th and I received it on the 8th, due to the weekend
Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Somewhat... I expected a more professional finish, though... see below
Did the item look like the sales pictures? I think he looks better in real life
Were you satisfied with the product? Yes and no; I couldn't remove his headcap without re-stringing him entirely and the eye putty was a mess (and smelled bad) so I had to clean it all out and replace it... x_x The shoes are very nice and detailed!
If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem? My problems were pretty much minor details/nitpicking and I wouldn't think to contact them over matters such as those..
Would you order from this company again? Probably not, because I don't fancy any of their other dolls/sculpts at the moment. Yes for shoes.
Would you buy this company's products second-hand? Most likely not, I'd rather buy directly from them or join a group order.

 

* What did you order? Pocket Fairy Choice Yoko.

* When did you order? April 6, 2010.

* How was the communication? Excellent as always. They sent prompt emails for order confirmation and shipping. I also asked a question regarding wig availability on their Q&A board, and they responded within a few hours.

* How easy was it to pay? Easy through their credit card system.

* How long did it take to ship? Two days!

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Yes!

* Did the item look like the sales pictures? She looks better! Her face-up is a lot more colourful than what the company photos indicate. Her headcap is a bit darker/pinker than the rest of her, but it's not a fault by any means and it'll get covered up with a wig 99% of the time.

* Were you satisfied with the product? Definitely. I've fallen hard for the PF size.

* If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem? N/A.

* Would you order from this company again? Of course. Most of the dolls on my wishlist are from Bluefairy.

* Would you buy this company's products second-hand? Only for items that aren't available anymore.

* When did you order? Thursday, July 1
* How was the communication? Excellant, they were very polite and have excellent English. Just keep in mind the time change and weekends.
* How easy was it to pay? Very easy, Paygate was not intimidating at all and was great to work with
* How long did it take to ship? She shipped on Sunday July 4, and arrived on Thursday July 9; this was very fast considering it was a week from order to arrival, including a weekend [/B]
* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Worth every penny!
* Did the item look like the sales pictures? Yes, however, in real life the dolls have much more defined features and detailed, beautiful face-ups... it's better in real life!!
* Were you satisfied with the product? Incredibly so, the doll is beautiful, well strung, and has no seams; her clothes, wig, and shoes are all high quality

Limited TF Blanc Marin Olive, Ivory natural short cut, Ankle Boots, Doll stand, Oil based Clay, Velcro tape.

* How was the communication?
Very nice and They sent emails for order confirmation and shipping very quickly.

* How easy was it to pay?
Very easy with their credit card system.

* How long did it take to ship?
Really fast. I received my doll 7 days after I ordered him.

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
A bit expensive. The doll wasn't sanded, with loosen cords and his mobility is limited.

* Did the item look like the sales pictures?
Yes, but not the wig.

* Were you satisfied with the product?
Yes, my Olive is super cute and the other items I ordered have high quality.

* When did you order?
2010/11/23

* How was the communication?
Amazing, always answered when their office hours start (timezone difference), unless on weekends. They always put your inquiries, concerns and requests first.

* How easy was it to pay?
Easy, I just used credit card through pay gate, had no problems.

* How long did it take to ship?
The description said after 30 business days, but mine shipped a week early.

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
Fair, to a bit pricey. He is a limited edition but I think there are many other companies with limited editions that come with more special pieces.

* Did the item look like the sales pictures?
I personally think better! The clothes and face up turned out a bit lighter than in the company photos but I prefer it this way.

* Were you satisfied with the product?
Yes, definitely.

* If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem?
The only thing that went wrong, was that there was a slight mistake in shipping. They listed Canada as a premium EMS service, and so it was sent back. They quickly notified me of the problem and offered to refund the difference in shipping as well as sent the package out again the next morning.

* Would you order from this company again?
Yes definitely!

* Would you buy this company's products second-hand?
Yes, if it was kept in good condition.

 

* What did you order? Choice pocket fairy Noma, 2 wigs, 2 shoes.
* When did you order? 2010/03/11.
* How was the communication? Ideal - replies in 1 day, to both Q/A board and mail, clear answers.
* How easy was it to pay? Paypal, very easy.
* How long did it take to ship? Shipped 03/12, received 03/17. The fastest shipment and delivery I ever seen
* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Yes, definitely.
* Did the item look like the sales pictures? Yes.
* Were you satisfied with the product? Yes. Boy is so adorable; shoes and boots are a bit big but perfect for wearing with socks; cupid wig sometimes snaps off the head but it looks perfect.

How was the communication? Fine, I guess. I received a confirmation email and a shipping notice. There were no issues, so I had no reason to contact them otherwise.

How easy was it to pay? Paygate was very easy.

How long did it take to ship? It shipped about a week and a half after I ordered, and then took 3 days to get here. So very fast!

Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Kinda. They both showed a bit of seams.

Did the item look like the sales pictures? Yes on the dolls themselves, no on the wigs and eyes--but the site had said random, and I was planning on changing those anyway.

Were you satisfied with the product? Yes. They're beautiful dolls.

A bit expensive, very in trend of the company.

Yes, but the outfit is lighter than the pictures and the wig is not as pretty as the pictures.

The doll is beautiful and great quality. Well strained, very well made clothes and beautiful face up. The doll is more beautiful in reality than in photos.

* How easy was it to pay? easy - probably the easiest of any company I've dealt with so far
* How long did it take to ship? super fast - she shipped on 08 August - two weeks to the day after I ordered her - and the company was closed for most of the week prior to shipping so I was very impressed!
* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? about the same as other tiny dolls I have, so yes
* Did the item look like the sales pictures? the faceup and eyes are identical to company pictures - but she looks even better in real life

Yes, the shoes are beautifully stitched and the materials are great. The soles are firm with grip, and the leatherette is supple without feeling like plastic.

Yes, except the laces were black instead of brown.

I asked about ordering May 1st on the Q&A board. My questions were answered within a day or so, and they gave me a photo when I asked for one. They were very friendly and helpful.

Just 2 days because May was in stock already.

Yes. Bluefairy's products are very good quality; I know this from a previous order too.

Good. I really didn't need to communicate, everything was all easily ordered on the website. Emails were automated.

Easy, I just wish that BF would link directly to Paypal instead of having to go in and pay separately. But though that is one extra step it's still pretty easy and I've had no problem with BF before with payment either.

From the moment I got the notice it was shipping to me, it was about 2 working days. So fast and I'm in Australia.
