      * How was the communication? It was very nice, they always respond within 24 hours (except on the weekends)

      * How long did it take to ship? I had my girl at home within 30 days. They gave me an estimate, but it ended up shipping a week early so that was really nice.

      How was the communication? Great, they sent me e-mails letting me know when they received payment, etc. and they responded fairly quickly to my questions on their Q&A board

      How long did it take to ship? Really fast. Shipped out on the 5th and I received it on the 8th, due to the weekend
      Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Somewhat... I expected a more professional finish, though... see below

      Were you satisfied with the product? Yes and no; I couldn't remove his headcap without re-stringing him entirely and the eye putty was a mess (and smelled bad) so I had to clean it all out and replace it... x_x The shoes are very nice and detailed!
      If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem? My problems were pretty much minor details/nitpicking and I wouldn't think to contact them over matters such as those..
      Would you order from this company again? Probably not, because I don't fancy any of their other dolls/sculpts at the moment. Yes for shoes.

      * How was the communication? Excellent as always. They sent prompt emails for order confirmation and shipping. I also asked a question regarding wig availability on their Q&A board, and they responded within a few hours.

      * How long did it take to ship? Two days!

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Yes!

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures? She looks better! Her face-up is a lot more colourful than what the company photos indicate. Her headcap is a bit darker/pinker than the rest of her, but it's not a fault by any means and it'll get covered up with a wig 99% of the time.

      * Were you satisfied with the product? Definitely. I've fallen hard for the PF size.

      A bit expensive. The doll wasn't sanded, with loosen cords and his mobility is limited.

      2010/11/23

      * How was the communication?
      Amazing, always answered when their office hours start (timezone difference), unless on weekends. They always put your inquiries, concerns and requests first.

      * How easy was it to pay?
      Easy, I just used credit card through pay gate, had no problems.

      * How long did it take to ship?
      The description said after 30 business days, but mine shipped a week early.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Fair, to a bit pricey. He is a limited edition but I think there are many other companies with limited editions that come with more special pieces.

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      I personally think better! The clothes and face up turned out a bit lighter than in the company photos but I prefer it this way.

      * Were you satisfied with the product?
      Yes, definitely.

      * If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem?
      The only thing that went wrong, was that there was a slight mistake in shipping. They listed Canada as a premium EMS service, and so it was sent back. They quickly notified me of the problem and offered to refund the difference in shipping as well as sent the package out again the next morning.

      Yes definitely!

      Yes, if it was kept in good condition.

      How was the communication? Fine, I guess. I received a confirmation email and a shipping notice. There were no issues, so I had no reason to contact them otherwise.

      How long did it take to ship? It shipped about a week and a half after I ordered, and then took 3 days to get here. So very fast!

      Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Kinda. They both showed a bit of seams.

      Did the item look like the sales pictures? Yes on the dolls themselves, no on the wigs and eyes--but the site had said random, and I was planning on changing those anyway.

      From the moment I got the notice it was shipping to me, it was about 2 working days. So fast and I'm in Australia.
