Thank you Melissa! Noma and Yoko look really cute together. I was thinking about getting Minimay and one other, but this has me thinking. Where did you get the overalls? Hats are great.

I received my new wig from CanCan and boy is it slippy! For a minute I thought there might be a frog under there the way it like to pop up and off
Does anyone know a source of tiny 3/4 wig caps besides Bluefairy?

icicle In my experience, most 3/4 wigs will pop off - it's only the odd oversized 3/4 that will fit them (like my fairyland wig which definitely wasn't really a 3/4 despite it's label!). PFs have a true size 4 head - the Monique size 4 wigs fit great. That's what Ophelia wore and I must get one for Clodagh. Just make sure you're buying a size 4 and not a 4/5. the synthetic mohair and gold label are the nicest - the modacrylic ones can be a bit coarse. That's a shame about the one from cancan - the one I had (a 4/5) was a perfect fit)

 

I don't think the CanCan is too small exactly, more like it's ever so slightly too big and is slipping off the slippery resin head. I think a wig cap will be just enough grip to keep it on. Same with the Bluefairy wig -- it just needs a bit more grip. Oddly enough, the blonde Lati White wig is the best fit though even that would benefit from a cap. I'll keep an eye out for Moniques though -- always fun to change things up with a new wig

 

Hi guys. I got a monique size 4 wig through the post this morning (the other wig my doll had got ruined... it ended up in my bed and got slept on lol.) but it seems too small, it keeps popping off. I have a monique 4-5 which I bought for my Dubu and it actually seems to be a much better fit. I'd hate to have to order another wig for this doll, she's already on to her third lol.

Sounds like it is a hit and miss with wigs. I have both sizes and will give a try when she arrives.

 

What I don't understand is how I didn't notice it in the bed!

I've managed to force it on over a silicone cap, it took a lot of effort! I'm a little worried I've managed to rub a bit of the msc off her cheek in the struggle but the weather is so bad here at the moment that I can't get a proper look. I did just buy some humbrol sealant which I'm going to practise with on head caps before I get to any dolls... Of course this will mean that I have to take the wig back off haha.

 

I finally got my TinyDelf hands in white and normal to see which color is closest to Bluefairy skin. I want to grow my smaller pocketfairies but I think the sugar or pepper bodies will be just as good as the TinyDelf20 .

Oh darn, and you have Bluefairy face-ups too so you can't really wipe and blush to match the bodies without losing them. That's too bad, Beatrice.W, I'm sorry the TinyDelf bodies aren't going to work out for you. Smart of you to try ordering the hands to check though -- better than a useless body floating around!

 

I really love this gal! She's slender and lightweight, not to mention super posable.



My issue is where do I find clothes for her? All I have is her Orange Betty outfit from Bluefairy, which is adorable, but I like to change thinks up a bit in the wardrobe department.

Any suggestions for good places to find Sugar/Pepper body-sized clothes for my Pocket Fairy? Like, perhaps some items that are more casual?

 

If you can find some Only Hearts Club clothing, they tend to fit well -- a smidge too long in the leg for pants, but sleeves are fine -- and also tend to be casual. Iplehouse Pixxie clothing fits - at least the black Lizzy set for sure-- though I've heard the shorts run tight even on the Pixxies. You can also try clothing made for Secretdoll Persons, Odecco & Niki, and some Middie Blythe stuff. I'm sending Fei off to Spampy tomorrow as a fit model so that may be another option if you'd like custom stuff.

She is really cute! I can see her in a pair of denim overalls with a white puffy short sleeve blouse. A little bit of tomboy and still a little girl. She looks mischievous, too. I am waiting on Kitty to arrive.

I asked for a tiny removable peter pan collar so I can use it on cardigans as well as other dresses and shirts. It is awesome. She also made some Emily the Strange clothes with the most extraordinary tights. They are so well fitted, I can use them with tight mary janes and they don't slip down or around when she's posing.
Jen really does nice work in this scale. She's not taking orders again until August but I'm already working on another list now that she has Sugar sizing down pat.

 

Cute dress! It is good to know Jen can make Sugar outfits. Please post more photos.
