@Fairy Milliner I think the colors sound like they'd go well. Good luck on the cloak and boots. I have no idea what I'm doing for shoes for my girl. Half tempted to try my hand at shoe making again if I can track down my supplies.

@Thymeseer That doesn't look too bad. Hybrids and modding are still beyond my skill set, but seeing the ones others have done always makes me tempts me to give it a try.

 

Today I saw somebody selling a resinsoul 72cm Yi body, but the body didn’t have any abs. It was slim. But I have never seen that option on the resinsoul site. Does any body owns or knows a owner of a resinsoul 72cm Yi slim body?

 

I've seen that a few people have modified their Yi bodies, and I think someone had Resinsoul do it for a fee.

I got my shipping notice for one of the resinsoul 72cm Yi body I order. Definitely resinsoul 2 month shipping estimate is correct. I’m so happy. I wish I would get the surprise and get the 2nd body I order too. But I know it won’t happen because I just order that body last month. I still need to wait 1 more month.

 

How exciting! Hope you'll share pictures. I'm still getting used to the size of my Mi so 72cm sounds massive to me.

I got my resinsoul body in custom resin color and It didn't work. I order this resinsoul body to match this hulidoll head but the body came out to dark and orange. It is a beautiful color but not a good match. Now I'm afraid the second body I order to match rumple doll Morfeo head in gray will be to dark as well

No. I think I wont. I really don’t see the point. They warn me that just by giving the Pantone number there might be a chance the match was not going to be accurate. I just didn’t expect it was going to be this off

I’m just praying the the other body match will be closer than this one

@The Narrative Nerd I'm not waiting at the moment but I know how you feel because I just got my Mi in last June and I remember how tough the wait was. Been thinking about working out an order in the next few months, just need to figure out budgeting for another doll.

Congratulations. I’m currently waiting on a Yi 72cm body in custom resin. God willing I will get him mid September. I hope I’m lucky with the resin matching this time.

Thank you. I hope so too because I tried the head I have for the second body and it fits perfectly. I really hope to be able to use the 72cm body on him.

This is how the Rumpeldoll Morfeo head looks on the 72cm body. Perfect fit on the neck with great mobility range.

@The Narrative Nerd I know that feeling, I think I finished sewing the dress I'd been making my girl the day she arrived though I started it long before that going by her measurements and I had two different wigs already in hand and two pairs of eyes ordered by the time she got to me, so I know how you feel. Now I'm waiting on wig number three

I have an OT bjd as well as a plush bat that come before my next Resinsoul order but hopefully I can work on getting one ordered at least in time for Christmas so I can pretend it's a gift.

There's no official page for it that I know of, you have to put in the comments box that you want a "smooth abdomen version" while buying it.
