* How long did it take to ship? Over two months, which disappointed me a bit, as my other BBB/RS dolls were very fast. But she came with a free wig as an apology. I wasn't very happy that they marked down the box without telling me, because last time they hadn't done it, so I didn't think to ask them to mark her full price.

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? The quality is amazing for the price ($88 + shipping!). Her sculpt is adorable, her body is cute, I love BBB/RS resin - so smooth and touchable, and the seams sanded into invisibility - and she is so stable, right out of the box. I just plonk her down and she stands firmly without any adjustment or tinkering. I love her.

* Did the item look like the sales pictures? There's no comparison - and I mean it in the good way. She's a thousand times cuter and prettier than on the sales pictures. It was owner pics that sold me on her, not site advertising.

* Were you satisfied with the product? YES.

Much better. Like the demon version, she has the same grin which isn't much apparent in the picture in the doll mall, but it makes her very special

Awesome! I asked for red eyes in my Charisma, but they didn't have any in stock. Blue eyes were my second choice, and they let me know they would ship her with those eyes.

Super easy, thanks to Paypal.

She shipped on Thursday, January the 14th and arrived in Canada the next day!

For sure!

Yes. Actually, she looks a million times better (no, seriously).

Very! Body sculpt could be a bit more detailed, but for the price they charge it's wonderful.

The shipping itself didn’t take very long—once they completed the doll, it only took maybe a week to ship. They had to produce the doll which took about 1 ½ months

EVEN BETTER THAN I COULD HAVE IMAGINED!!

That depends….a lot of people customize their dolls & I love how they come naturally from BBB…so I’d have to undo anything someone else did to them to make them how I’d like them. There is “SOMETHING” about having a doll that is made “just for you” and nobody else has owned it.

* Did the item look like the sales pictures? Oh no... so much better in "real life". Pix just do not do her justice.

* Were you satisfied with the product? Absolutely... she is gorgeous, a delicate pale blue color. Even the eyes and eyebrows were done just like we asked, as if 1 of their artists went to the Website and looked at the concept pix of the figure. Soooo perfectly done.

Ordered normal skin Charisma on a RS body, 21 Feb 2010. She arrived 08 April 2010. Direct from Bobobie. Shipping was super fast - I got the "she's shipped!" notice the same day she arrived - I was very surprised.

Communication was great - Dennis is great at customer service. Paying was super easy.

Quality is definitely appropriate for the price - I have some quibbles with some of the details of the jointing system and some of the drilling is a little rough, but she is beautiful and her resin feels so smooth... I can't stop touching her. She came with a free set of eyes, a cute little human-sized bracelet, and a free faceup (though it will be removed - too dark). I think I would be a bit annoyed with some of the imperfections and difficulties posing her if she were a $700 doll, but for $200, I'm happy. She looks -way- better than the sales pictures.

I would definitely order from them again - but I would make sure to ask them to -not- mark down the doll for customs. She was shipped as a "sample of resin doll" and "no commercial value" and marked at $40. I didn't ask them to do this and I'm a bit miffed that they did, in case something happened to her in transit or she got stuck in customs for being mismarked.

I don't know if I'd buy second hand simply because I don't think it's necessary with this company - the dolls are inexpensive and the service is excellent.

Approx 1 month for the original package with an incorrect doll in it. The package arrived at the end of the first week of Feb. The replacement correct doll still hasn't arrived and it's been 3 months.

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? I have many Bobobie's so I am comfortable with their price v. quality issues. I also have other bjds that cost much more and are worth much more.

They haven't yet, which is why I'm leaving this feedback. They screwed up the order and shipped Espree in natural skin, and I specifically need the immature white skin body for another doll. I notified them immediately and Dennis said they would fix the problem and here I am two months later and still waiting. I have emailed Dennis regularly - in mid-March he said I might have my doll by the end of the month. It's now the end of April and I still don't have the doll. I am highly highly pissed. All of you who have ordered after I reported the problem have your dolls and they still haven't fixed my order.

UPDATE - It took them four and a half months to ship the correct doll. Lots of people ordered dolls from them during this period and received them within a month or two. FOUR AND A HALF MONTHS to ship the doll I ordered in the first place instead of the wrong one.

Of course. I enjoy BBB's works especially since their tanned resin is all the way though instead of 'plated'.

I custom ordered my Ariel through Junkyspot because I wanted Ariel with a male body. The custom order was to keep batches together and not separate any of his current dolls from their bodies. However, BBB never delivered and by January we decided that he wasn't going to come in.

Emory (JunkySpot owner) did a head switch for me with his current stock and sent out my doll. Resin match was nearly spot on.
