  2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     1. My Wong took easily over a month to ship when I ordered him. However, when I emailed CD during my wait they replied within 24hrs with an update. Their silence recently has been strange.
       
    2. Could be a good idea, if there's no progress within a few days -- I think you have upto 45 days to open a case with Paypal ( ? )

      In the last couple of days, I've received a full refund from CD for my order -- no explanation, but I guess I won't be getting my Wong either. I hope it goes better for you, edwardsgoldeneyes ! :(

      Thanks, Anneke; the delivery time seems to be quite appalling, from what I've heard so far! Would you say Wong is worth it? :)
      I hope they're willing to explain, soon... I'd really love to get my Black Wong...

      At least they've spoken up, although I think it would have been much kinder to reply to an email or two, and spare us the worry. o___o;;

      Still I did not receive any email from them. Hope all this mess get fixed soon.
       
    6. I would love a white Wong myself. I was told they'd restock him around the end of February. Fingers crossed. I do agree, though, that some kind of communication would have been decent of them :/

      So I really dont understand, if it means they sent me money back. Because I dont have nothing on my paypal. And I payed 124 USD. So I really dont understand
       
    8. Yeah, I'm glad they explained things a little, but with what I've seen lately, I'm not sure I trust them to order from them again just yet...
      I hope it goes well for those that go ahead, and they'll stay in touch about their transaction though. ^___^

      My order form said "Pending" after the refund, but maybe they just took a bit longer to get to you?

      If you're still worried though, you could try contact paypal//opening a dispute with them, for the money.
      They usually respond pretty quickly, if the payment was made less than 45 days ago. :)
       
    9. Hmm, still no money on may paypal. And even paypal case is closed. And it sais, that I ll get my money back. :-(
       
    10. Still have no news from them.Edwardsgoldeneyes, maybe they deduct the fee of the transaction from your money, the amount is 4,5% of the total. I hope you will receive it soon on your account.
