Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     2. What did you order? A white resin Wong, Camellia Dynasty's cat BJD

      When did you order? April 1st 2009

      Did you order directly from the company, or through a distributor or dealer? I ordered through the company. I sent an email to the email account listed on the site using a standard 'form' type email layout detailing the item, quantity, colour and extras I wanted.

      How was the communication? Excellent communication. Each time I emailed the company I recieved a reply a few short hours later and when their site was taken down for a re-vamp Camellia Dynasty were quick to answer my queries and they sent me pictures of Wongs that had been face-upped by guest artists and in-house artists to keep me going while my Wong was being made.

      How easy was it to pay? Very easy. The day after my order, I was sent a PayPal invoice.

      How long did it take to ship? 10 business days. The waiting time on the old site was 15 days, but it has been refined to 10.

      Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Yes, the doll is as articulated as my Puki Cupid and just as fun...but cost much, much less. The resin is fine and smooth, but not thin and fragile and the limbs hold a pose well.

      Did the item look like the sales pictures? Yes, definitely.

      Were you satisfied with the product? Yes, definitely.

      If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem? N/A

      Would you order from this company again? I would. Even though they are a small company with a small reputation, they respond immediately to customer emails and keep the customer happy with updates. The product quality is lovely and their attention to detail makes for happy customers - each Wong comes with glass eyes, rather than acrylic ones, and even though it was specified that all Wongs come with a pair of random eyes, I requested blue ones and my Wong arrived with blue eyes.

      Would you buy this company's products second-hand? Yes, but part of my happy experience with Camellia Dynasty was their delightful customer service!

      Excellent. I'd asked some questions via email before making my purchase and got a response within 48 hours (I'd sent the email during the weekend). A second email for a different question was answered within 24 hours.
      How easy was it to pay?
      I used Paypal and very easy
      How long did it take to ship?
      He arrived on my door step on August 24th

      Kys is a lovely doll and looks even better than the company picks. Stands like a trooper straight out of the box, lovely smooth resin and was nicely packaged. The default eyes are gorgeous and if I didn't have a character planned out for him with different eyes, they would be his permanent default eyes.

      Very much so.

      When did you order? Nov, 11th.
      Did you order directly from the company, or through a distributor or dealer? Directly.
      How was the communication? Quick and friendly.
      How easy was it to pay? Very!
      How long did it take to ship? Dec 7th, a little longer then the posted 'within 15 days'
      Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Yes, I'm amazed at how nice their black resin is! I was afraid it would be like other companies colors and be streakey but its not.
      Did the item look like the sales pictures? Other then the fact I didn't order the faceup, and there were not blank pictures. yes.
      Were you satisfied with the product? Yes, very much.
      If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem? I did email them a question about the wait, and they let me know that I was being prepared to ship.
      Would you order from this company again? Yes, i plan to order a white wong when they restock!
      Would you buy this company's products second-hand? If they were available, yes.
