Captured in Glass Product Review

I ordered a pair of custom eyes (black with white iris and black pupil) in 12mm, and the eyes just look great.
Handling and Shipping time was okay, and I even got free lashes as a gift.
I can highly recommend doll eyes

 

This was my first time ordering from CiG. I ordered 3 pairs and they arrived without mishap! (I even received a gift!) The transaction with Lu was absolutely wonderful and all my questions were answered very promptly. The eyes are clear, beautiful, and breath-taking! The imperfections are so miniscule as to hardly be noticeable. I have more eyes to purchase in the future and I will most certainly be purchasing from Lu again!

I ordered a pair of white and a pair of custom eyes from CIG and everything was wonderful! The eyes look fantastic, they shipped super fast and Lu was very friendly and easy to communicate with throughout the whole transaction I even got an alternative version of the custom eyes I commissioned, free of charge! That was a super nice surprise.

I bought two pairs of eyes. I wasn't informed right away that the eyes shipped but when I asked I was given the tracking number. It also took a month to get to my home, but that is the nature of the beast of international shipping, I guess. While the wait was annoying, the quality and price of the eyes ensure that I will order from doll eyes again (I have ordered before too)

 

The eyes are gorgeous, communication great, great price. I would absolutely buy again!

I ordered 2 custom eyes in July 2011. Communication was good, the price was extremely fair and I wouldn't hesitate to order again

 

I bought 4 pairs of eyes and they are beautiful, excellent value for money. Communication was prompt and friendly and the eyes were shipped within the promised turnaround time of 1.5 weeks. I'm already planning my next order. Thank you!

 

I received my eyes today. The shipping took a lot longer than expected and I didn't receive any notification when they were shipped. I had to message doll eyes and ask to get the tracking number.

The tracking also didn't work for a week, then when it finally updated it said the eyes had been shipped on the 24th (I had finished paying and ordering on the 8th or 9th, so it was much longer than the one week quoted in the thread). I'm pretty sure that the eyes were posted on time or nearly on time but the post office was just slow as I got my tracking number on the 21st (proof at least that they'd been posted by then).

Besides those problems the transaction was pretty good. Doll eyes replies to PMs very quickly and is very nice and easy to work with. The quality of the eyes is pretty good so I wouldn't mind ordering again even if the shipping is kind of funky.

Overall good transaction besides the issues with the shipping. I'd recommend this seller but leave the warning that shipping might be slow. Even though it seems like a lot of other people get their eyes rather quickly O.o

Doll eyes was marvelous to deal with and was polite, professional and very helpful! The shipping was a bit weird and slow as the tracking number didn't really work properly, though that's more the fault of the shiping company that doll eyes.

I shall definitely be ordering more from CIG, the quality is lovely and the price is so affordable! I thin I have finally found a regular eye supplier! My dolls are very pleased with their new peepers!
