Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023.     3. I don't like to do this. Doll eyes has been so wonderful to work with in the past. But this time I'm forced to leave neutral feedback.

      I started a local GO with doll eyes in November of 2012. We submitted our order. At this point everything was great! Doll eyes kept in constant contact and the eyes shipped fairly quickly. But when they arrived 3 pairs of eyes had defects: different sized irises, different sized pupils, and irises that had different patterns. Doll Eyes offered to send 3 replacement pairs, free of charge, after Christmas. It turns out they only sent 2 replacement pairs. (The replacements were fine, though the colors were slightly different than the ones shown in their Photobucket album.) Again, Doll Eyes offered to send the final replacement pair, free of charge. The final pair arrived with defects (permanent black marks on the whites of the eyes) and in a very different color than I originally ordered (dark blue vs. light blue). The GO member who ordered those eyes decided to accept them because she's tired of waiting.

      At this point it's March of 2013. A GO for 4 pairs of eyes shouldn't take almost 5 months to complete. I'm out of patience. Again, Doll Eyes is very sweet to work with. And I appreciate that they kept trying to make things right. But in the end they never fixed the final pair of eyes.

    4. This is the second time I have ordered from Captured in Glass, and this is the only place I will ever buy doll eyes from.
      I love them so much, this time I ordered PukiPuki sized eyes which are very small to work with, they came today and are perfect. Also got some free eye putty.

      As always Captured in Glass has fantastic communication and if I ever need eyes in the future I'll get them again, will also be recommending to friends.
