Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     1. I recently bought some eyes from Lu. His communication was fantastic and he was very helpful & friendly. Some of the eye colours do not match the photos well but that could easily be an issue with my monitor. All in all a great transaction. Thanks :D

    2. I bought four pairs of custom sized eyes from CiG and it was one of the best transactions I ever had in this hobby. Lu answered within minutes (!!) to my pms and within 2 weeks I had my eyes at home. I even got free eye putty and beautiful eye lashes as a gift! :aheartbea
      The eyes are beautiful and even better in real life, and the option for custom iris sizes is great. Definitely will buy from CiG again! :)

    3. I ordered two pairs of eyes with custom sizes from CiG -- one pair was perfect, but the other was not what I had ordered. Lu was very quick to respond and correct my order. I received the corrected pair of eyes very quickly and they're perfect, exactly what I had wanted. The customer service is wonderful, and I will definitely be purchasing from CiG again.     4. Bought two pairs of eyes from Captured in Glass, great communication, fast to make and ship but I got the wrong ones because of the catalog change. Told them ASAP and they sent me the correct pair right away. Second time doing business with them and would definitely do business again. Such pretty eyes! Love captured in glass : D

    12. Ordered eyes.. CIG kept track of the package and when there was an issue with shipping, he notified me telling me the order was being remade and sent out. When package arrived to my address, he again notified me to ensure I knew to check my mail.

      I love CIG eyes - I always get the low dome. Shipping is quick and communication is great.

    13. I ordered two pairs of CiG eyes from doll eyes. As always, the communication has been excellent and very friendly! :) The eyes were shipped out about a week after the order, as promised on the CiG sale thread. When the shipping was slower than expected, Lu was so wonderful in helping me with my worries and with trying to track down the package! It seems that customs was likely holding it hostage and now they are finally safely here! I couldn't be happier with the eyes! They're beautiful and look great in my dolls! :aheartbea

    14. I ordered 5 pairs of eyes from Lu, 3 of them custom order.
      Tracking wouldn't work for me on my computer but Lu checked for me, communication was very friendly and fast to reply.
      The eyes are lovely - the 3 custom pairs are exactly what I had wanted.

      I'll be ordering my eyes from Lu from now on :)

    15. First time ordering from Lu and honestly I couldn't be happier. Great product at an unbeatable value (and OMG LOW DOMES), and he gave me a heads-up when they got to my mailbox, even though I couldn't actually get them for another three days, lol holiday weekends.

    16. I ordered two pairs of eyes from doll eyes. The quality is amazing and the low domes are very low. :) One of them was a different colour than what my monitor displayed, but I've fallen for the shade even if it wasn't what I was expecting. Communication was excellent and very fast.

    17. I ordered two stands from Lu back in October and he/she was a great seller! He/she always answered my messages and told me the post would take longer to deliver them.       The package was delayed and Lu keeps in contact every time with me, also Lu offered send me another pair if it doesn't arrives.

    20. Lu is an angel to work with! Her eyes are wonderful (I did get the low domes for the first time and they are such a good fit I couldn't be more pleased!!) and she stayed with me and watched my order and stayed in touch with me the entire time. She was really wonderful to work with and I will definitely order from her again....Thank you Lu.
