Just received my order from doll eyes and couldn't be happier with the quality of the eyes. Shipping took much longer than anticipated (I ordered around 11/8/09) but doll eyes was always prompt to answer all my emails and keep me up-to-date with my order. The eys themselves are beautiful and I will definately be ordering more in the future.

 

Today my eyes have arrived and I'm totally impressed by the high quality and this gorgeous life-like look! Those eyes are phantastic! I will soon post some pictures and I will order again! Also I have to add that the seller is a very kind person to deal with!

My transaction was kind of complicated, I am not thrilled at all with it.


Short story: Messed up my order, then messed up the replacements sent to make up for the first order.
I never did get what I wanted.
Also, shipping was slower than was advertised at the time.

Long story:

I ordered 13 pairs of eyes.
(3 standard, 4 low dome, 4 low dome with smaller pupil/iris, 2 white pupils. All customizations that the seller comments in the marketplace thread are fine and can be done)
I wrote out a very clear order form in the format the seller requested.
My order was made in the first week of August, when the marketplace thread said that orders would be ready to ship in 2 weeks. I was moving the second week of September, this allowed 5 weeks for assembling and delivering my order.

Items shipped a week later than advertised, but still made it.

The order was incorrect, though.

Of the 13 pairs, none were low dome, as requested.

One pair was missing.
One pair was a duplicate.

I contacted doll eyes immediately, and they apologized. They asked for pictures of the problem which I provided. We agreed that I would be sent 2 pairs to correct the mistake (though in retrospect it would have been fair for me to ask for all 8 that weren't made properly). They sent me the measurements they use for dome, iris, and pupil sizing so I could order with measurements exactly what I wanted as my 2 pairs. I selected the exact measurements, in two different colours. I thought this was a great idea, picking the measurements would avoid any confusion, and had this gone well, this would be a positive comment instead.

I moved.
Family members received and held the package for me.

When I returned, I found two pairs of eyes, but only one was made correctly. Since the only difference between the two was the colour, there was no excuse for the second not to match the same criteria as the first.

They are inexpensive and decent quality but I would never custom order from them again.

 

I ordered one pair of eyes, I´m extremely pleased with the work quality and service, and I´ll buy again for sure. Thank you very much.

I ordered a whole bunch of eyes (17 pairs), and the communication with doll eyes was wonderful! When there was an unfortunate delay (Christmas ), doll eyes even sent along free eyelashes and shipped my order by EMS to speed it up.

Will order again sometime.

They were mailed out in four weeks which is what they promised, and they look great:

We got our eyes today We bought three pair but one pair are for a future doll so I don't have a picture of that pair, but here are the other two in our dolls. Remember, our dolls are well played with dolls, LOL. The eyelashes are a bit messy!





They look great and I can't wait to get more some day soon!

I am not pleased, in the slightest!

I received a pair of eyes as a gift from, Byke Stegeosaurs, from this seller.
We ordered the eyes together, and she (byke) paid for them.
She left feedback before I realized the problems

The eyes ordered were supposed to be low dome 16mm eyes

We got NOT low dome 18-20mm eyes!
I can't get an exact measurement, but i get about 19mm and they are significantly larger than my 16mm eyes which I just got in the mail to replace them.

I contacted them stating that I noticed that the eyes were definitely bigger than 16s.
They replied and asked me to get exact measurements of all the eyes and to get back to them.

I did, but I haven't heard back.
The seller has logged on, but seems to be ignoring me.

I am not happy and would NEVER EVER put up with this seller EVER again.

 

I had 2 pairs of CIG eyes ordered from here... 1 was a group order organized by my friend and the latest pair just arrived today by myself. Both pair of eyes I love eye it so much. The quality, color and materials type, really nice. 3 Will give you more business for sure. XD
