I purchased three pairs of eyes from doll eyes for my upcoming Soom winnie dee.
The communication was great and it was a very smooth transaction.
The eyes are really gorgeous and breathtaking. ^_^

I ordered two pairs of eyes, both low dome and I am absolutely happy with them! Even though they are low dome, they have a lot of depth and photograph wonderfully.
They are a little darker/richer in real life than on the pictures.

Shipping out was a little slow due to Chinese New Year holidays, but after they were send out they arrived quickly.

I'd definitly reccomend Lu ^^ I will buy from Doll Glass Eyes again!

I ordered two pairs of eyes. Doll eyes let me know when they shipped and when I received them I was really pleased with the color and quality. I'll definitely be ordering again!

 

I have recieved the replacement eyes for the eye's I ordered that came a size too big.
The eyes were shipped quickly and even sent EMS to arrive to me quickly and tracked.
The eyes are the exact pair I originally ordered and are gorgeous. almost an identical pair in the gorgeous shade of blue with aboslutely no air bubbles.
I am extremely pleased with the effort Doll Eyes has taken to make sure my satisfaction was ensured.

So I revoke my original feedback and must that that Doll eye's is a great seller and even if things do not go as planned, they will continue to work with the customer to correct the mistake.

Its been 3 months now since my order.
in the beginning my mails were answered in allmost 2 days after I send it...

got an apology mail because of a failed batch. okay I could live with that, I told the peeps from the group order so alas.
we should even get free eyelashes with the order...

that was february 8..
since then no reply's to my mails nor to my personal messages...

I still have hopes for you. but please, give me an tracking number or something, cos if its in the Dutch customs I know how long it can take. but please, reply on my messages!

the peeps from the group order are giving me an evil eye now, and I'm having the feeling they are starting to dis-trust me because of this ordeal

 

The whole transaction took a little over a month, two weeks less than stated! Excellent communication with seller and the eyes arrived beautifully created. I was unaware of the difference in dome size when I made my order and wish I'd known to order low dome as I think it would have given them a little better range in movement for positioning, but I am happy regardless and they eyes look wonderful in my dolls. Thank you very much, and I hope to work with you again in the future!

 

Finally I can leave FABULOUS feedback here, the eyes arrived as planned in 6 weeks and here are my girls showing them off
they are SUPERB quality and a great fit ! I WILL be back for more !

Okaay, they came in yesterday (wasnt able to post it here because I was searching them out for the group order peeps :3)
I love my 3 pair of eyes, and forall the one with the pupils in it! *they look at jah even when you look on the sides of it!
I will ask the people of the group order also to speak their minds.

It took some time, but as I explained at you, I don't mind the wait, I do mind no communication.

I bought a beautiful pair of glass eyes from doll eyes! He was very kind, and his great service made the six week wait seem like nothing! There was a chinese spirng festival, so my eyes took a bit longer than normal. c: The eyes came out so well anyways, I wouldn't have minded waiting a whole year if I had to! I hope I can order from him again sometime in the future!!

I participated in a grouporder which Danirure organised. Something went wrong on Lu's side which resulted in long waiting (one month or so more). The communication was also not not that great at one moment because Lu was not responding.
But despite those problems, Lu was very kind and apologised immediately. He even gave us free eyelashes with every pair of eyes.
So despite the problems, i don't think he is a bad seller i had the feeling he was really doing his best.
About the eyes: They are really nice quality i am really pleased with them^^ And also with the eyelashes he gave us, they were really good quality and long strings. I only notices one little black spot in one of the blue eyes, but its so small its hardly noticeable and i don't mind.

 

I participated in a GO Danirure organised. I don't know what happened, but Lu seemed to have problems which delayed the order quite a bit. I was more worried about him than the eyes, considering in his messages it showed he was trying his best and he apologised for the delay.

About the eyes:
All three pairs of eyes I ordered are wonderful! They are great quality, beautiful and worth the wait. I love my girl even more now that she has her eyes.
