Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     2. Announcements:

      We have a new vendor http://www.stellastreasures.com/ I am glad she signed up because she wll be carrying some American made BJDs including the newest "Delilah Noir"

      Its a real opportunity to see the differances between American made and Asian made BJDs. She will also be carrying items like patterns and other items for your bjds. So she hopes "Domo yorishiku onigaishmas!" That we treat her nice and friendly!

      We are also happy to announce a Donation by Designs By Jude http://www.fletcherpatterncompany.com/ will be designing a pattern for our convention especially for us!

      We also just got in some of the cutest little items from www.mintoncardinc.com of course you will have to wait to see them! But they come in SD and MSD size!

      Also:

      As of 4/3/10 the main vendor room is now filled however we do have additional room in the foyer. This is the space between the main vendor room and the Demo room. We can offer a discount off of the regular 50.00 vending fee to anyone who wants to table to sell or display their artwork etc for $30.00 Additional 6 foot tables are $10.00 each (that is what the hotel charges us)

      Reminders: Please do not bring things to sell outside the vendor room.It is against hotel policy to sell things out of your room and that would also be undermining why the vendors are there in the first place!

      If you have a few used items to sell you may contact me .

      That being said there are no longer any spaces left in our main vendoring hall .

    10. PARKINGPlease enter the hotel parking garage on TULARE street. The YELLOW level and GREEN level ( Blue level might be parked up)Parking is FREE on weekends. The UNDERGROUND parking garages in the downtown area are all shared by the Courthouse, Club One and Holiday Inn. You can check to see if there is parking under the hotel if not you can come out and go in to the underground parking under the court house across the street. I plan to see if I can take some photos of the area with notes so that people are more familar when they get there.

      VENDOR Set up is now made earlier , you may come in to register and set up at 8:30 AM

      ATTENDEES       whow have the luncheon option may come in to pick up their registration starting at 9:30 AM

      GENERAL ADMISSION opens at 12:45-- NO early birds please for general Admission

      General Admission will be CLOSED from 10:30 till 12:45 and we will not be taking any registrations at that time( we will be at the luncheon.

    11. We have been getting this question alot so I would like to post it here:


      Do I get tickets or how do I attend this event?

      You can attend this event by puchasing a ticket for 10.0 for General admission here:

      Once you do that you will receive a confirmation from us within 24 hours ( except on friday the 14th)

      You may print our your Paypal receipt and bring it to the registration desk on the second floor . We are not sending out tickets for this event. Other then that you can let us know your paypal email or name that you made payment with and we will find you in our records . Its that easy.

      Also if you have any questions about the event you can always call the hotels front desk as well to ask about directions , parking, time etc.

      I wont be answering any more emails today or tommorow, if you have any last mintue questions please let Kpatillo know or you can wait for the convention tommorow and ask me face face

      Registration
      More problems with programs and computers yikes! If you register today or tommorow online f0r 10.00 please print out your paypal receipt or else we will not have a record of you! (Feel free to bring your receipt even if you registered early)

      We will leave registration open on saturday online for those savvy last minitue net users so they can pay only 10.00 for general admission but BRING YOUR PAYPAL RECEIPT. If not its $30.00 at the door and no one wants to pay that !

      Other then that I hope every one has a safe trip here and cant wait to meet you all tommorow!

    14. CCBJD Event is over and was a great success thank you so much for all your support from the Attendees, Vendors, Volunteers and Staff.

      Without all of you we could not have done it!

      Right now we are currently disscusing on whether or not we would do another one next year. Please let us know your feedback, comments or questions on the subject. You can email us if you like !
