I tired Opera, Firefox, and IE.

I can't get Q&A to work in any of them. Since the last post is from 10/4 I suspect it's not working for anyone, anywhere and is not browser dependent.
Though Opera does not allow you to even type in a message.

Also, I can't add items to my shopping cart in any of them and many of the navigation links on the site do nothing at all.

I was able to purchase the membership, but my "My Ai" page shows 2 lines in the membership section, making it looked like I paid $120 each for 2 memberships. This is very disturbing, especially as I cannot get a message to them to ask what that means.

 

OK, it was no CAPS! Oh dear, mine says $120.00 as well. Maybe this was folly.

 

Internet as a whole seems to be flaky today (unless it's a thing with my provider), that might explain why some of you are having problems.

Katie_Raven, are you using IE? Some BJD sites don't like FireFox and won't let you sign up with anything but IE (although logging in with another browser is fine).

It says $120 twice on mine too, but I checked my CC account right away and I was charged $60 once, as expected, so no worries ^^

 

OK, I got it to work and managed to order my Mars. Yah, I always use IE for the doll website shopping now. Ever since I accidentally ordered 3 bodies from Soom.

 

did it show the club price when you put it in your cart? I can finaly get items in my cart, but they are shwoing up at full price.
My account is still showing 2 lines of full-price club membership, but my email frm the processing compny looks ok.

 

is the english site down? i am confused. i get a 404 file error when I try to go see.

hmmm - when you actually click to pay and input your credit card details it asks you to install a dodgy software. i don't trust it - i think i better leave it

i was actually going to buy a doll a few months ago and i couldn't pay! the next day i got a phone call from my credit card company saying, that they have stopped my card because it seemed like a suspicious transaction which was going through 4 times with the same amount
i think they must have a fault somewhere in the pay system - i ended up paying by paypal 4 days later. i never managed to use their online checkout so far

Sher, yes you can use Paypal, i have done that a few times. I just placed the order and emailed them before to let them know i would pay with paypal

 

Just FYI, I have ONLY been able to check out on the CH site using IE in the past. I normally use Firefox, but something about their checkout system won't let me go to the final step unless I'm using Internet Explorer with popups enabled.

You can still continue the payment process without installing it...or at least, I managed to do so using IE.

hmmmm.... I didn't get that option. Hopefully that doesn't mean that my payment went thru unsecurely. There was a pop-up box that came up somewhere during the payment process but it was empty.

 

Did you remember that the 8th on this side of the world was a day ahead of the US? That could explain why you got charged full price.

 

The event was prolonged until the 9th, though!

 

Katie - we paid for a full price membership (120) but got it at a discount (60). At least that is how I read it since I have the same thing. But I know I only got $60 charged to my CC.

 

yes, I did hear back from Gina, and she said the what it says on that line on your "My aiNai" page does not mean anything. What matters is what it says on your payment confirmation email from LG Dacom service.
