Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     4. She's been my best friend since seventh grade. This is sort of a present to help cheer her up. Her mother went missing about a month and a half ago. She has no financial means to get one. I'm a little more fortunate than her. I love her to death. I'd do anything for her.

    10. I bought my friend a doll with my credit card and am having her pay me off instead of having to save for it. I also sent my Soony to live with my other friend. We're sharing, but I don't miss her because I have 2 other girls to keep me company.

    12. I have a friend who really wants a Hound. It's funny, I never even knew she was into BJDs, and then I found out by accident that she was Helene's cousin and totally in love with Hounds. (Btw, that was a hilarious conversation... "You know what a Hound is?!" "YOU know what a Hound is?!")

      Anyway, I feel sort of bad that I have two dolls and she doesn't have one, but unfortunately I simply don't have the means to help her get her Hound. She's a pretty organized, determined person, though, so I'm sure we'll eventually see her here with her first boy.

    15. Yeah, it totally blew my mind how unlikely it all was... I'm in Germany, my friend is originally from Indonesia, so how was I to suspect that she might be the cousin of Helene here on DoA, who lives in Australia (I think)?

      I hope she won't change her mind, it would be such fun to have a RL friend who owns dolls.

    17. My friend also got sucked in because of me but I'm not a good friend... ^^; Haha... I tempt her with more and more pics of her beloved 'Emichi' (BF Emilie) so that she would get a move on with her savings and purchase her already... XP (I can't help her get Emilie because I'm still paying my mom for my second doll... @_@) Haha... Anyways, she says she won't be getting her until the end of college... that's 4 years from now. I guess she'll have to suffer me sending her BF Emilie pics for 4 more years... XP

    18. Oh man, I wish .___. Despite my constant "look! pretty dolly! ISN'T HE CUTE DON'T YOU WANT TO BUY HIM AWWWW CMON O________O!!!!!!!!", none of my friends are really interested in them. If one of my friends said they wanted a BJD, I think I would go buy them one right there just because it would be so awesome to have a real-life dolly friend xD;;

    19. hah. my friend is saving mmoney better than I am. she's after the too and beea pair and she's already gotten fifty dollars in barely a month. Laz's head is only here because I got money for xmas. ;_; and he's just a head.
      I would help them with the saving, a little. Like, me and Sanguivor work on projects together sometimes, and she helps keep me motivated. Unlike me, she doesn't procrastinate ><
      If they're collecting something, (I have cans and loose change) donate some stuff. Other than that, unless somehting like nephrim's seven year friend, just be patient with their doll rants. :grin:
