@Ru-chan The one that furui linked is a limited collaboration release with the Japanese branch of dolk as well as a lottery with limited dolls available. You would have to get a proxy in Japan to enter the lotto for you and get it shipped to them then from them to you if you won a slot.
ah, that's helpful information! i may or may not go for the proxy option this time around but i'll still be sure to look into it for the future if i'm really determined haha. in the meantime, i would love to admire people's mie-mies!!
AHHH wonderful news! i was able to talk to a representative from Coral Reef and it turns out they were more than willing to make me a Mie-Mie to order! I sent in my payment today, she should be shipped off in around 4-6 months according to them. i got her in normal pink (: i am BEYOND stoked. aaaand now we wait...

Yes, that’s probably it. DOLK JP has a lot of raffle limited collaborations, it wouldn’t surprise me if DOLK US didn’t carry them. Mie-mie has been re-released a few times though, so it’s just a matter of a year or two before the next limited imo! …I still haven’t posted any pictures of my Mie-Mie because I couldn’t get her hands through the sleeves, so now I need to restring her, but I’ve been putting it off lol… Does anyone want to see photos of her face or full set clothes anyway? (edit) Oops! I didn’t see the rest of the messages!
You don't have to ask! POST! About the hands though, is there no place to latch/rest the hook? But looking at my bunny, I guess it would be hard to do since it's just straight to the elbow joint. I might be thinking of some other doll or maybe I didn't need to remove the hands when I redressed mine...
Oh is she sweet. And beautiful colour, especially in combination with her dress. Also what a ginormous eye. I don't think I've ever seen a doll eye this big
