  2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     1. I don't have one yet, but I'm foolishly thinking it'll be that one only. I know it won't, because I've said that with every doll I started collecting. "Just one, so I have one and see for myself". It never worked out! I doubt it will with BJDs...
      It might take a while until I get a second or a third, but I'm sure I won't be able to stick to just the one.

    2. I wish I could say the answer is Yes I could live with just one bjd. I actually did for a while. I had my unoa and she was perfect but then last Christmas I more.

      If I only have 1 doll I would pick an Unoss or an Unoa zero. She is my dream dolly. Ahhhh someday :D

    3. well, I am learning to make them, so I will eventually have hundreds.
      but I would sell my one commercially made bjd (Migidoll Miho on a Fdoll body) before I ever bought another one. I just can't devote my attention to more than one. I would love to have an Ante or a limhwa of some sort :) or a narae! or an unoa! aargh, there are too many gorgeous dolls! I can't forget Bermann <3

      but yes... I can really only have one to play with. or i'd never do anything else.

    4. I don't know. I had planned for just one doll for now, but I might want to give her a boyfriend or a sibling in the future.

    6. ....Gosh, I attempted to stick with ONE, and I do have the determination, but just by browsing, things have gotten...a little interesting. My wishlist just started to MULTIPLY. O____O;; I find it's harder just to want just one. xD

    8. I've only just ordered my first doll, so I really can't be sure of whether I'll be able to stick with just my first since he hasn't even come yet. But I'm sure I'll want more. I already have a small list of dolls I would like. Though if I did get a second, it wouldn't be anytime soon, definitely not within the next year, just because I wouldn't be able to get enough money. >.>

      For now, I think I'll be quite happy with just the one. ^_^

    11. I've always planned to just have one doll I could do everything with.
      Photography, still life, sewing, etc.
      Now that her arrival is so close, I'm already thinking about other dolls and I haven't even seen my first yet!

      These dolls are just too beautiful, it's like when you see a delicious desert and say "just one is fine" but end up eating so much more!:sweat

    12. Hmmm. I only have a head so far, but have borrowed a body that fits the head so that I can make clothes and hats for them. I am window shopping for my firstt "whole" doll of my own, and I am sure it will not be my last.

    16. I never thought I would have ANY! I was really content to enjoy them vicariously through my daugter and her friends. Then when a good friend was selling one locally, I found that I was so fond of that doll that I couldn't let her go! Unbenown to me, my daughter was about to give me one of hers as a gift - so I went from none to two in a matter of days. My others were then impulse buys over the following year, so the answer to the first question is obviously no.

      But to answer the other question, if I could only keep one? It would have to be the one my daughter gave me, a Juri 06, my beautiful Eris. For one thing, she is so beautiful and has the ability to take on many different looks. For another, the fact that she was a gift from my daughter is really special to me. Also, she has become something of an avatar to me. If hell came to high water, I'd sell all the others but not her.

      Well, I thought so, anyways...

      I fell in love with BJDs about 2 years ago, and decided to actually get one only recently. I decided on Migidoll's Miho. It was one of the first dolls I'd ever seen (online, anyways) and I thought it would be perfect. Then I saw the Ryu head. I couldn't just get one, could I?
      Let's just say they won't be getting their bodies for a while... xD
