  2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     1. I have thought about this one doll theory before. I Just don't think it would work for me. I don't think I could pick one out of my dolls for the life of me. There's just so many out there to love! I have 8 and I know I will most likely have more in the future :)

    2. When I got my first doll in may I also stated that I would only ever have 2, a boy and a girl. (I like things in pairs, dolly ocd?) I got my boy easy enough and 5 months later I have my SD girl on the way I purchased from another DOA member. In between there I was given a DIM Leisha by a friend having trouble with the kicky, cross-eyed little girl. I fixed her so she a little cutey now, though she did end up with the name Dizzy as a result of her odd expression.

      Hmm to choose one I already own... I think I would choose the SD Girl that I got from a fellow DOA member, my reason in choosing her and not even my first doll is because, I promised the lady I would give her a good home, and I hold my self to my word.

      If I could choose any doll I think I'd choose Doll Zone Helen, I love her expression and attitude. I do not own her and would probably have to hit the lottery to do so. But it's a nice thought. :)

    6. while i do know which doll i would pick if i had to sell every doll except one, it would be hard. and i know this is anthropomorphising/projecting, but i feel like she would be lonely... in other words, i would be lonely.

    8. I've been looking at the BJD world for a while, before definitely diving in it. I also thought I would only stick to one doll, but apparently with all the new sculpt being released and the limiteds, it's super hard to resist. My first doll I fell in love with is a Tulip and with the Doll Zone summer event I couldn't resist and got an HanHan as well. My other dream was a Tan Sinbi from Crobidoll, but I missed it. Next one of my list will be an Island Doll Vivian in Tan skin, but I'll wait to finish my studies before getting her, I'm not in a rush... or am I? The temptation to get her now is too strong haha. x3 Plus I got my husband into the hobby and now he want his own as well.:sweat

    9. I've had my one girl for almost a year now and haven't had any urge to get another P: maybe it's because I have a few other toy collections, but as much as I love ogling other peoples dolls and wishing I had them I'm perfectly satisfied with Fen.

      I AM planning to get another doll, but it's not a pressing thing and if I had to just stick with my one I'd be fine with it~

    10. When i got my first boy.. I thought that one is enough.. after seeing Luts.. my thinking change to 2 is enough. I now have 2 boys and i love my first one more :sweat
      My thinking change again and now im trying to save for another 2 more kids LOL.

      there's just so many beautiful sculpts, I plan on having at least 23 dolls i even have most of the sculpts already picked out. I had plenty of time and research to help pick (4 years haha)

    15. awww well... I didn't even join the hobby deluding myself that I'd only ever have one doll only... seeing how they're all characters and everything...

      Now if I had to choose just one out of all my dolls... that would most likely be my SSDF Avalanche I suppose. He's just too special to me.

    16. At first I wanted just one, but I haven't even got that one yet and I'm already saying "just two", LOL! I do hear a lot of people end up with way more dolls than they ever expected. I guess it's hard when there are so many beautiful dolls available.

    17. honestly i wish i could. i think i would have most fun just spoiling one. BUT, i would have to never look at den of angels again. i am WAY too tempted by all the beautiful & different sculpts out there.

      there is a girl here on DoA that has been on as long as i have, and she still only has her one boy doll. i always envy her a little. it seems special somehow. ^_^

    20. I could never have just one. In the beginning I was like "I can just have one doll and dote on him. That's all I need." Oh how wrong I was. Little did I know that the addiction that feeds itself on the buying of new resin family members would become so strong XD

      I could never have just one. I'm currently sitting at 4 and want as many as I can afford XD
