  2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     1. I only have one doll :)
      I bought two in all, but I sold my first one to get my second doll. Back when I first started BJDs, I had plans to get three or four, but I just... I don't know. I'm very happy with having just one doll right now, because he is the doll that I always wanted.
      So I am satisfied.

      Maybe some day, when he gets lonely, I'll buy him a friend.

    5. I'm currently pretending I havn't got plans to buy three ( when i don't even have my first ) but im trying to justify getting so many. I would really like to keep it to just the one but i'm having trouble deciding which one will be 'perfect' as they all have a link to each other and myself in someway. Grr, why do they have to make them so pretty and so expensive!?

    7. I started with one, and I lasted a little over a year before I finally broke down and got more. All I can say is, this hobby has a LOT of skilled enablers. :sweat

    8. My "first" BJD came in the form of two Kid Delfs. So I suppose, the honest answer would be no, I probably couldn't ever have just one BJD.

      Although, if I ever got my hands on a Soom Sard, in my head I may only have one doll for a while. >.>

    9. I have to say that I've never planned to have only one BJD (my two first loves were DOT Camine and DIM Achernar), even though I know many people plan to have only one (and I also know many of them fail to keep that resolution XD).

    10. My original plan was to have 2, a DZ Megi and a DOD Petsha. Well then Iplehouse just had to come out with the Noctarcana Circus dolls and I fell in love with Tatiana. And of course she needed a companion so I'm searching for a boy for her currently with no luck so she may turn into a lesbian if I find the right girl for her. I have a Lati Lily on her way to be my Tatiana's daughter. After accepting the fact that I was going to have more than just 2... I let myself fall in love with some other sculpts and of course I went to a doll meet where there was a very nice DOD Ducan along with some other gorgeous dolls. So I actually spent all day yesterday making a list of the other sizes of dolls I want to buy. If I buy every doll on that list, I would have 14 total. @_@

    11. If I was only able to keep one, it would be my Sard, Azhrafael... and I'd be perfectly content. I adore him; he was and is my ultimate grail. I could definately live quite happily with him and him alone.

      But I dont want to think about what might bring me to have to sell my other beloveds. T_T Especially Idris, my first, and also a gift from my Mommy. I don't know if I could part with him if pressed. Maybe I could smuggle him quietly over to my friend's house instead? *L*

    14. I posted here already- but I just wanted to add that dolls really are more fun in pairs or triplets or quadruplets etc; the more the merrier! I have no idea why that is, but before my first boy has even arrived, I'm already making serious plans for a second... >.<'

      Maybe the true question here should be: Why is it impossible to have just one ABJD?

      It was less than a month after I got my first doll that I bought a head as well. I just adore them all so much. I don't think I could ever have "just one" again. :)

      Even if I had to choose just one, there are TWO that I could not stand to part with. The first doll I ever bought (Kid Delf), and the first doll I ever loved (Lumedoll Ain, who was actually the THIRD one I bought).

    20. Oh heavens, there's no way I could've stopped at one LOL! I remember that thought never even entered my mind after seeing my first one and after buying my first boy, my first immediate thought was, "oh you need a friend" and the collection has just gotten bigger and bigger ever since...sort of like a runaway train lol!
