CP Delf Discussion Part 14

My El arrived!!! He is definitely a very yellow boy which makes sense for his age (like an '05 or so Type 1 El) and has a gorgeous faceup. I did also get another body to hybrid him onto and was planning to blush him to match, but his faceup is so pretty that I'll need to think hard about this plan.

Here he is with Elias, his brother. I still need to get him a wig and change his eyes (if only my weak fingers could pry open his headcap, which is hooked onto the elastic as per the Type 1 delf mechanism DX)

 

Double posting, but his body arrived! It's an aolingshi "62cm" (more like 64cm) body. I had shipped them both together from China via ocean cargo, but for some reason the body arrived days later.

I actually may end up hunting down another El head because I really do like this faceup and don't think I can wipe it to repaint and color match He's pictured here with his nephew, another new arrival this week who is a Luts Cutie Delf and also made in 2005. I promise they both will have wigs and proper clothes at some point

 

That body looks great proportionally! And his faceup is beautiful so I understand not wanting to wipe it. Congrats though!

I think the proportions work really well too! But the hunt for El continues haha... I'll keep him on the body until I find another head I can faceup myself

@Serraphym Congrats on the new arrivals! El is just a gorgeous sculpt, and I always need to argue with myself if I see him, as I have my tan boy Edward, and the overcrowding here means I have to be...circumspect.

And a Cutie Delf! I was watching him too...so glad I get to see him here! I'd love to add a Cutie Delf to my gang again some day - I had Mary for a while but let her go about...must more than 15 years ago! And you hardly ever see them come up any more...

Thank you! And a Tan El - wow! I'd always wanted one of the Tan Delfs but they really are rarities.
Cutie Delfs are so cute and I am absolutely enamored. I think I may need to keep an eye out for Cory as well in the future. Hope you're able to find one too.

Thanks; I also think the body looks really good with El's bigger head! It's in their NS, which they describe as close to Switch Powder Beige. It is a bit lighter than the Cerberus Project NS (both my old Delf and Feeple dolls) but is a beautiful color

 

I realized I never posted by two Delfs that got a makeover this year (a new face-ups to be had but clothes and wigs etc!). Here are my siblings: El and Breakaway 08.
