    3. Oh I do too. I still hold out a little hope that once the war is over they might come back.

    4. Yeah I hope they're okay and safe.

    5. Well, I finally painted Hellion! First faceup, fairly janky, but still a glow up! He’s based off of art deco themes and Notre Dame’s rose window. I did go a bit ham with the msc, so he’s more satiny than shiny now, but I think it’s ok for now. I’ll definitely redo it one day.

    6. He's fantastic! MSC does have a tendency to make coloured resins look a little cloudy, it's just something that comes with the learning process!

    7. I like the design on his face :love
plus, the msc makes almost an iridescence on his left wing in the photo, it's a neat effect. does it have the blueish cast in person?

    8. I didn’t even notice that! No it does not, just a reddish shimmer. His face design is actually a direct rip from one of the rose window panels!

    9. Yeah, and I definitely went fairly heavy with it too on most layers for fear of staining the doll.

    10. That's completely fair! How many layers did you do?
When I painted my Darkhorn I did three layers to start off with, then one layer in between each layer of pastels and paint, and then topped off with another three layers.

    11. Oh I don’t even remember. Two layers to start, a layer in between each layer of pastels (3 layers of pastels?), one layer of paint, topped off with 2 layers to finish

    12. Hmm, that doesn't seem too thick to me. Strange that it went cloudy, unless you were a little too close when spraying. It's not really a bad thing though honestly. :)
