If it's Flickr you store your photos on, I can tell you how to share pictures....

Then click the share arrow, select BBCode and the size you want to share your picture in (640x480 is good). Then just copy the whole string to your post (no need to specify a picture or anything). It works most of the time, but if it does not, at least it should produce a link that works.
