1. It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order. For more information please see the Dollshe waiting room. Do not assume this cannot happen to you or that your order will be different.

Daydream dolls?

Jun 8, 2022

    1. Are daydream dolls discontinued? I think I found a doll I'm willing to sell everything for hahaha. But It appears the doll was limited. So I was curious id daydream still makes dolls? Their website is kind of... complicated :x

    2. Their last post on Instagram was from march and the last update on their website was from April, best guess is that they're probably on break. There's no notices or anything that suggests that they're done for good. :]

small edit: they do mention a price increase due to the rising cost of material but that's about all I can find

    3. A few years ago they stopped production when they had legal problems and their artist had health issues. One of her relatives (Tommy) took over their Instagram and revamped the website but updates are few and get further apart. They’ve had a few sales of remaining product and a couple limited releases the last couple years but they raised their prices significantly and were really vague about shipping costs. At one point they said they were redoing their bodies but new ones have never been released. When they do list stuff it’s usually just quietly announced on their website right before stuff goes on sale.

    4. That’s really painful to read. One of their dolls I have been hunting and have officially made it my grail doll. I don’t even think that many people own the sculpt and if they do no one is really selling it. Such a shame because the website for me is so confusing.

    5. I just ordered a Daydream Juliet on April 14th. They had a time limited sale from April 12 to 17 this year, and I remember the dolls available include Coco, Grace, Ryan, Sally apart from Juliet. So I believe they still make dolls but yup, their sales plan is very random.

    6. can I ask how you found out about the sales? was it random or posted on their Instagram?

    7. They post their sale events on their website notice, including the April event. You can find it here. But this event wasn't promoted on their instagram, I guess they just don't update their IG very often. To learn about their sales the most secure way is probably checking up their website constantly. The way I do it is to follow the updates of some experienced dealers, especially those who have placed group orders of Daydream dolls before. They will sure promote any new sale activities of Daydream, so it's hard to miss as long as you follow their event updates closely. But the downside is that they also post a lot about sales of other doll companies, and I ended up buying more dolls other than these Daydream cuties. Personally I always follow the updates from Dolk. Hope this might help.

    8. can I ask which people you follow and where? :)

    9. All heads are about 1/4 so wigs are like 7-8?
Does anyone have exact measurements of a head sculpt :(

    10. I've got Daydream Sally!
4½ inches over the top of the head, and around the head it's about 7½ inches. Let me know if there's anything else I can measure for you!

    13. I got my dream grails. Fabian and Laurent. Not looking to get any at the moment just looking for sizes of what they can wear

    14. That's a good news. I think they all wear 7-8" wig 14-16mm eyes and msd (The normal not slim msd) size cloths.

Shoes should be the most complicate item for them in my opinion. But I think some msd size should work well. I own a pair of shoes from daydream and it's a bit smaller than normal msd but, is bigger than minifee size.
