Delf body Type 2

Oh you're so right - as for me, I'm hoping for an elf Moon (but will probably break down long before he's released as an elf and just buy him as is ....)

I contacted Luts months ago about the elf chiwoos (a girl can dream, right?). Completely forgeting that it's Cerberus Project that decides when they come out. So the answer I got was a definite negative - but you know them, they won't tell you something is coming up - until the month its coming out.

But I would be the happiest person ever if they came out with an Elf Chiwoo and a Vamp Chiwoo. Just thinking about it makes me want to save $$$ quickly, in case they do.

However, I've come to realize that luts' "no"s usually mean... either a slight chance or just very distant in the future, its rarely a concrete no-way no-how. But maybe that's just wishful thinking.

 

Elf-Moon and Elf-Chiwoo would break my bank. I would die. Chiwoo most of all. He'd be SO PRECIOUS.

 

I've been wondering... Yder Elf, does he have the old type body or the new type? And would it be possible for me to put an El head temporarily on his body?

 

I want a Lishe with the new head system, I just can't stand the old one since I hurt myself last time I restrung my Soony... And I like to change the eyes! ^^ But I 'd like to have a small bust girl too!

Is there any possibility to put the new neck part on to an old girl body??

 

i think he has the old body, which would make it possible for you to attach the el head.

i know the type 2 heads can be attached to the type 1 body, but i'm curious if it's possible the other way round.

 

Yep. Elf Yder is definitely old-style bod and head, and you can put an El head on his bod with no problem... He just has the standard CP Boy bod that all of the old-style Delf guys do.

You *can* put a Type 1 male head on a Type 2 male or female body. All you have to do is restring it with an s-hook in place of the Type 2 neck part. (My Sannru is a Vampire Elf Yder head on a Type 2 gal body-)

You *can't* put a Type 1 female head on a Type 2 bod of either gender, though... at least not without modding the neck opening of the head. The neck diameters are different. 0_o

 

I'm not sure if this is on topic here or not, but what bodies ARE compatable with a BW Vampire Shiwoo head? I'm not even sure if it is the new Luts body or the old, but aside from needing to know that, I am also curious if their are other brands of bodies like Dollkot Kiss, Dollzone, etc... that might fit my Shiwoo. I won't be able to afford a body for him for a while now, but he is already begging for one. So, it would be nice to have an idea of what all is compatable before I start looking.

 

so:

type 1 male head + type 2 body (both genders) = OK
type 2 male head + type 1 male body = OK
type 2 female head + type 1 female body = ???
type 1 female head + type 2 body (both genders) = NOT OK

Yep.

I don't *think* a Type 2 female head would work on a Type 1 female bod... I suspect the neck on the bod is too narrow, and the head would end up down on the shoulders, but I haven't seen a Type 2 female head yet for comparison. I'm just guessing based on them fitting either gender Type 2 bod. 8P

 

He's Type 1... Old style... So on the Luts side of things, an old style male body or a restrung new style body of either gender will work for him. I'd just go for the standard old style boy bod, myself. That's what he was made to fit, and you won't have to do any restringing with it.

Old style.

So far, only the tanning resin dolls, Nanuri, Moon and Harang come as Type 2 standard. Lishe can be ordered with either new style or old as an option.

Everyone else... El, Soony, Yder, Shiwoo, etc... are still old style only.

 

I've noticed the old bodies are 'sold out' in the optional part section - does this mean they'll only be able to be bought by getting an El etc?

 

I doubt it... Things like that do sell out once in awhile. It'll likely restock in a few days.

I have K-Doll's Kill_U 2nd head, and I was planning to get Luts' Type 2 male body, but I came to think that do other heads (like Volks, K-Doll etc..) fit in to Type 2?
I would like to have my boy without kicky legs..

 

I would like to know this too. Surely you'd just have to remove the new plastic device at the top of the neck and use a neck part to secure it inside the head?
