Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     1. Been kind of quiet,-bumping for pics:chibi My UD body just shipped for my Jullis head- I’ll post resin comparison when it gets here :XD: I couldn’t get the GuardLove body as holidays are close- maybe I’ll start on Larina and Flowne next year. I also got an Annelise head I’m excited to put together :D I’m thinking to make him a boy- the sculpt looks like he’s related to Lloyd and Dolce :blush

    2. I got my UD body today :D Julis looks kind of bobble head lol :XD: My WS Larina looks better on it TBH- I was able to attach her head piece to the body and the fit is perfect. The resin match is extremely good- the difference would be unnoticeable with a faceup. I do have a question- I’m trying to attach Julis head to the body but the hook seems to be too big to fit through the neck hole. Anyone who has a Julis- did you have to use a smaller S hook to attach it to a body? I don’t have any other MSD sized bodies so I don’t know it could just be UD MSDs have bigger hooks :XD:

    3. Can you put the hook on the inside? Maybe take ribbon, pull the body elastic through the neck to the inside and attach the hook?

    4. Ooo I will try that and post a picture. I think if I take the hook out from the body, set it in the head and pull the string through the neck, then attach it to the hook, it should be better then trying to slip the hook through the neck hole.

    6. The Guard Love body I ordered in their normal pink color came in : ) It's a very close color match and a good fit with the neck size.

    14. Right out of the bag the posing is good. The body did come with a silicone disk to place between the head and the neck, but it looks fine and holds poses okay without it. I have some box opening and other photos in an album on Flicker: Guard love/DiM hybrid doll

    16. The Loongsoul body's sculpting looks very well done, but I don't know if the dollmaker offers the body for sale in regular resin or only in the translucent imported resin. That could cause color matching issues. It might be good to ask a distributor about it before placing an order. I think BJDivas and Alice's Collections both carry their dolls.

      I have another head from this last sale and I'm considering buying a pink Charm doll body for that one. Both heads were really pink when they arrived but have mellowed a bit and I'm hoping that the color will be a good match. Here's to hybrid doll research and wishing us both fruitful searches and good luck!

    17. Denny has emailed with the opportunity for a new group order! I've posted the details about it in News, since this time it seems rather open instead of the quite personal retirement message that was sent last time.

      Here's all the details.

      It's Larina, Laia, and Flowne again, but he is open to other heads if the demand is there. :)

    20. My wishlist would be Alpon and Yvaine who are probably a little too obscure.

      It's amazing that he's still up for doing this though.

      Of course I still need to get bodies for laia and larina so I should probably focus on that lol.
