For anyone not familiar with the little grey and lila alien: That is Frieza, in his forth and final (most powerful, maniac and fearful) form, out if the anime Dragon Ball Z. Anyone who wants to look into it (lots of martial arts with crazy energy ball throwing, flying and alien magic, some plot too, even thou a bit repetitive) I would recomend the Dragon Ball Kai version, not so many fillers (Namek-Frieza-Saga ep19/20-58 aprox).

*sigh* yes, sometimes I fall back into my old fandoms, and somehow they......cross...

 

Better watch out i'm sure they are plotting world domination (destruction?) or something like it! I love anime but have never seen Dragon Ball Z. It's nice anyway to see Loki has a friend to keep him company until his Tony arrives

 

Unfortunately I don't have a helmet update as the weather turned to crap pretty fast so now I can't spray paint it until spring. [shakes fist at the weather]

BUT.

BTW he did it! I have sold one of my msds and have another up for sale as well as the head of one of my big guys all because "he" convinced me to get another (yep that's the third) head to do his Norse version. Of course he didn't want to share his body so he claimed that which formerly belonged to my Ringdoll Nair!
My partner Tony just shakes his head and laughs he thinks the whole Loki obsession is pretty funny. Funny thing is Tony used to work for a company called Shield and his superannuation was through a company called Asgard. I told him he really should change his surname to Stark

 

Kavarr, oh god no, I really don't want to drag his attention away from it, or he's going to start demanding I buy him more 'companions'! This one will have to last him for a while. And you well know what a demanding sob he can be!

Ahhh, I'm finally returning home next week, and my order shipped out from taobao trends yesterday. Can a girl be any more happy?
And I took Loki for a walk yesterday, well only his head, to show a friend the nice results watercolor pencils can achive (she needs to touch up some of her dolls face up, and has no experiance in it). She got really excited about him, and said he was really handsome . I think he has never had so many positive comments, face to face, in the time he has been with me (excluding me) and was very very happy about it^^ (I was too)

Kavarr- as long as you don't regret letting go of your crew, spoil the little pricess as much as you can. He is worth it. And yes, your partner could easyly adopt "Satrk" as a second/nick name, or change it compleatly. I don't belive in coincidences...

The comments are hilarious. I can safely say that Lox NEVER reminded me of Kristen Stewart, but I did like "Loki by Tim Burton".

It's a bit freaky but I'm pretty sure RDJ doesn't curate his own FB so he never actually got a glimpse into my little fantasy world ;p Plus, it's not about him anyway but about Tony Stark.

 

I did quite a bit of detective work to track you down. This isn't one of my usual threads. But, allegedly, he does write his own FB posts, though, so obviously thought this one was worth sharing. Go you!

I got told my Loki's pic ended up on a Loki cosplayers page. It's really weird to see a pic of your doll on other peoples sites and see where it was re-blogged and comments by the non bjd crowd.
Why why why do they often think our boys are girls??? Ok I admit it all our Loki's are kind of pretty just don't let them know I said that.

I feel your pain, two divas at home, and they got recognition...... Mine would be insorportable too, lucky me he is still planing universal domination with Frieza. The two brats get along a bit to well for my liking.

Kehll- Ah yes, I knew I had seen some awsome Tonys too, I just could not remember where. It probably would freak him out....or not. There allready are very "realistic" Hottoys of the charas (and the actors know it), why would it make a difference if it was a BJD that looked like Tony stark. (IMHO) *letting aside the aspect of being freaked out by dolls in general*
I'm really torn between the idea of someone sending him that pic, or not. If he is curiouse enough, he'll find it himself. *sigh, the ramifications...*

Thinking back, it should be logic that "all" celebrities have at least a slight idea what their fans do with their characters/images. They just need to google themselves/their charas, and the'll find out about: Fan-forums, Foto-edition, fanfiction, fanart, (fan)dolls, etc. It's more the idea that they react to something we do, that is nobility. *at least for me*
Btw, if they don't know, they really don't want to know, IMO.

 

If I were a celebrity actor and the character I'd played was vastly popular, I certainly would NOT want to know what kinds of fanfics people write about "my" character. I've seen enough of those in my life to know: If you can think it up, someone's gonna write it ... :p
