Hahaha, dressing and undressing some of Loki's complicated outfits can be the most tedious part! No wonder my dolls are so fond of skimpy lingerie...they are just as lazy as I am. Actually, I found that getting his skintight pants from the Avengers armor outfit on and off was a lot easier when I left his thigh-high stockings on lol. Nice and slippery, and I'm sure Loki felt deliciously naughty knowing what he had on under his suit!

Well that definitely made me laugh psycobarfly! Now there's an image that would surely get an interesting reaction from Hiddles. Thing is Loki can get away with it. I also bet he (Loki not TH) would be the type to wear lacy lingerie under all that leather and armor
The head situation here is i'm still waiting on Ticuk for Loki's original head to be finished and at home I have the Jotun one still with the little marks on it but it's not marking anymore since I gave it those extra coats of sealant and I have a blank head here which may be blank for a while as my teeth have taken priority atm and endodontists don't come cheap!

If you give me some hours to prepare, I don't have any lingery, lacey or not, for my big boys.....But that should not be a problem. (bet loki is getting the mischeviouse waves in the next room, and either he is laughting in glee (most probably) or palning how to escape his fate (....nah!))

Lucius, male or female is equally good! It ain't easy finding skimpy underthings that fit these bigger male bodies, haha - usually the panties are only a little snug and look damn good, but none of the dratted bras will fit! Well, no, that's not entirely true...the tops made of stretchy lace will fit (technically) with some effort, but they look all stretched out and weird and not very attractive. I guess this is one of those times when crafty people will just whip out their sewing stuff and make their own...

 

Psychobarfly the stockings/undies with the scarf combo is hilarious I can see a whole run of lingerie shots coming in the not to distant future
Ticuk has posted my head back today and I can't wait till he arrives! She did a few tests with the paint and sealant and said it was interesting as the DIM head stayed as she calls it glossy (i'm guessing like wet paint) until she had done a few layers. She found it needed more than other heads she was doing to get it to seal matte and not rub off. She was comparing it to a Switch and Iplehouse head at the time. She now says it stays put even when she ran her nails over it to test it.
Thanks for the well wishes guys. It's costing $2000 to save this damn tooth (think of all the dollie things that could buy!!!) so Loki may have to wait a while for more goodies.

Hot damn, people! Man I love that curvy Feeple body, those are the shapeliest butts and legs ever. *covets!* To hear my camera tell the story, my poor boy has a flat little butt, straightish legs with small, boxy feet and omg, the cankles >_> not the best situation for a doll who has become fast friends with all the lingerie in the house! I was also shocked that I was able to make my turkey stand up by himself on one leg, even with the other balanced on his little (cleverly non-slip) velvet chair...usually he's at least a little bit disobedient even with both feet flat on the floor, whether standing up straight or seated with legs spread...

I've put it on Loki and apart from the zipper at the back of the tunic, which is broken, it's awesome!

But Loki won't let me show it yet because he refuses to been seen with out his golden 'torque'. He stated that he will forgive the absence of his helmet, but not the absence of his breast plate gold. Vain little so-n-so...



I read earlier that people had a problem with the flex of the trousers? I have a black leather only pair (so without the red bit) and Loki can sit fine in it.

 

Ikke- congratulations on the arrival^^. A pitty with the zipper. Can/Will you fix it? I'm curiouse how you'll do the breats plate. I'm thinking of adding the missing parts too, making them out of craft foam.

Great that his outfit arrived ikke777. Just a pain that the zip is faulty. I also want to do the breastplate thing at some point. I'm a slacker though as I haven't even finished his helm. I do love that blue number on him though only Loki could carry that off
Guess who got home to me today? He made it home for Christmas. Had to have some fun so put on the lace and made a card for you all

So it's been REALLY slow progress on this helmet because of the cold weather that hit. I was using bondo, which is a car autobody filler, but it's all chemically and should be used outdoors and only hardens in certain temperatures. But I found a product to smooth it out that I can use indoors. Wood filler~ It works just as well and is actually lighter too. It doesn't have all the nasty chemicals and it sands easier too. So, I should be able to smooth this stinker out so it's ready for paint when the nice weather finally decides to roll around again. I'll see what I can do for the other armour pieces in the mean time. I've also been trying to figure out how to sew his whole outfit myself and am still trying to break it down into layers... It is not easy... @__@

So far I'm actually baffled how to deal with the worbla. I heat it up, it goes soft for a very little while and uh... Maybe I need something more suitable for beginners ;p
