  2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.       Otherwise, you could always email them via their Chinese website. They would probably pass on your email to the English representative.

      I almost bought Ricci at the last minute. I had no idea he came with teeth and a tongue! But I stuck with Ruby. I'm so excited, now for the long wait...

      I'm waiting on the regular one so can't wait to see pictures of the Wake Up Ruby. I'm hoping to receive mine soon. It's been 40 days now, I believe! I hope they'll be releasing more adorable dresses for them!
       
    5. I hope yours ships soon! Normally 40 days would seem like so many to me...but between Dollshe and Fairyland, it's practically nothing lol!! I'm ready for the wait *determined* it will give me a chance to figure out exactly what I want to do with her. I have a vague plan but nothing is ever concrete lol

      I was looking at their clothes, they're really gorgeous, but mine will sadly be nekkid most of the time. Bunnehs don't wear the clothes in my house unless they're mostly human-looking. I do want to get her some kind of ruffly collar or something....
       
    6. I'm a little nervous now....My status still says "Awaiting Payment" even though I did pay and I emailed them to let them know. No answer and no status change....
       
    7. From what I saw, they can be really slow with contact if they're busy. When I first emailed them to let them know I couldn't order from their site, it took them a little over a week to get back to me. It looks like only one person deals with English customers and she's also busy translating the website. *_*

      I hope they'll reply soon.

    10. I'm not sure if they contacted you, but I just received an email from them. Basically, they're being affected by the heavy rain in Hong Kong. They apologized for not being able to send out my doll. So I guess this is why they've been slow lately. Hope they sent you an email as well!

      Wait is a little bit longer than expected, but I'm sure it will be worth it in the end. :aheartbea
       
    11. They did contact me last night! I had the thought (which considering that this happens a lot I should have thought of it sooner) that my email was blocking them from answering so I resent the email from my other account. That worked. They said they got my order, and the money, so it's all good. I feel better now lol
       
    12. so has anyone either heard from them or gotten a doll recently?? I have heard nothing at all despite sending several emails to them since the last one...and I'm worried.

      Are they doing anything?? Or should I be writing this up as a loss...?
       
    13. Ha, kinda funny you posted as I was about to come make a post about this...
      I'm still waiting on mine. Haven't heard from them since June 30th. I just sent them an email. I'll keep you guys updated. I wonder if they've always been this slow and unresponsive? I'm starting to worry as well. :/ Ugh. Though they sounded pretty nice and all before. I hope they're just busy. I've been waiting 60+ working days now (since April 20th).

      But if it's been less than 45 days, you could always file a dispute on PayPal so there's that. I'm WAY over 45. Not much I can do should it turn out that they decided to scam me. But I don't know, I have the feeling they ARE good people. We'll see.
       
    14. that was the date of my last email from them as well. I know there was at least one other person trying to get in contact with them but I don't know if they did or not...
      I sent one more email today, I'm giving them until next week to answer. I'm not over my 45 pp days yet, and I don't intend to lose my money.

    15. Hopefully they'll get in touch with us if they notice that we're ALL trying to get an update on our orders. I think I'm very patient, but this is slightly worrisome. I'd just like to know what they're up to. It makes waiting for FL seem like a joke at this point, haha. ;_;

      I'll post here as soon as I hear from them.
      What makes me hopeful is that everyone got their dolls before.

I'm not sure patients has anything to do with this lol (I've been waiting on Dollshe since December)....it's the lack of communication, the lack of website, the fact that I haven't found anyone who's heard from them or gotten a doll...it's not cool at all. the way I ordered...they had no idea that website even worked. None of these things make me confident, but if they would answer emails that would be something.

      Part of this panic is due to me reading threads about other companies that disappeared with their customers money...but it's so possible I don't want to chance it.
       
    17. I also had to order by email, though that wouldn't make a difference since they own the website (they could still vanish on me). I'm not sure if people from the Chinese site received dolls recently, I can't read their forums at all. Perhaps I should also try to contact them via their Flickr or even Facebook.

      To be honest, if I were you, I would give them one last week and initiate a charge back if they don't reply. At this point, I think I would myself if I could. :/ I HOPE they'll have good news for me. I'd like it to be shipped within the next two weeks...
       
    18. I hope they have good news for you too! I was planning to give them to about Wed, that will give me time to go through pp for a refund...but I know there's others who don't have that option anymore and that is so awful. Not to mention I'd still rather have the doll!

      I don't actually have a FB (yeah I know, but I spend enough time on the internet as it is lol) and they haven't updated their flickr in a couple of weeks either. I had actually considered asking my stepmom to contact them on FB on my behalf...but it seems silly to jump through hoops. We shouldn't have too. It shouldn't be this hard. I've never had to file a claim or dispute with pp against anyone before and it makes me sad....so I really hope they resolve this before then.

      I had been keeping an eye on this issue since I had hoped to eventually order a Ruby (and Jerry, and Ricci...) at some point, but this is very worrisome. I can understand delays, but a complete lack of communication is just unacceptable.
