  2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     1. Thank you everyone for your kind words.
      I don't think they work weekends, so hopefully I will hear from them this upcoming week. I'm starting to feel slightly crushed over this, but I don't want to give up just yet. :(

      While poking around the Chinese site, I found out that Sin posted on July 13th:

      According to the latest tweet, Sin released a new doll. I wonder if that's what kept her busy (that and getting ready for the show). Still, it would be nice of them to finish older orders before moving on to new stuff. x_x; Or it would just be nice if they had let us know. On a somewhat good note, THEY are active and it doesn't look like they are trying to shut down their company or anything scary like that.

      Hopefully this will all work out in the end!

      I just got an email from them saying my doll should be shipped out tomorrow!
      I will keep you guys updated! I really want this bunny so hopefully things will turn out okay.

      It gives me hope. I guess I'll give them a few more days...I still would rather have the rabbit than get my money back lol so if there's a chance I'm taking it. I still haven't heard anything from them though...

      EDIT: So even though I checked my email three times today, I just got a reply from them XD
      They do still exist!!! Yay! I got an offer of my money back but since I still want Ruby...I'm going to stick with it. Here's hoping. I'll feel tons better once you get your doll pink swan. Plus then we get more spamage!!

      I am still waiting on my EMS number... they contacted me again on Wednesday saying they didn't have my address/phone number anymore. Replied on Thursday morning. Fingers crossed she'll at least be sent off next week then.

      Hopefully they've just been busy since. Perhaps I'll get the number today/this weekend.
      Really can't wait until she's home! My FL order actually shipped first. :p I'm surprised!

    11. Sorry to hear you guys have had so much trouble with your orders! *_* Hopefully everything will turn out great at the end and you will get your dolls soon. I'm sure you will love them, I really love my Ruby :D. I don't have a single complaint about him really. I love the quality of cocotribe dolls but they really should improve their customer service...

      Thankfully, doll has been received and she is GORGEOUS. I had communication issues, but everything was happily resolved.

      I don't get why they keep disappearing in between emails?? This lack of communication is terrible. I haven't emailed them in a while but now I'm thinking I should. If they're getting flooded maybe they'll answer??

      Doorbell just rang... my bunny is in! I never got my EMS number so I was SURPRISED to say the very least. Will take pictures later but thought I'd post this here! I guess they're just THAT busy?

      Very pleased, though!
      I guess she was worth the wait and the stress, haha!

      Looking back at all the emails, I think they only have ONE staff member answering international inquiries so I'm assuming she got swamped by all the work. It's a shame because their dolls are FANTASTIC. They look even better in person. They're fun to handle and they're beautiful. The dress I got was also made by them and it's just as fantastic. I waited longer than 45 days, but very very happy in the end!
