1. It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order. For more information please see the Dollshe waiting room. Do not assume this cannot happen to you or that your order will be different.

    1. My dolls are in theory displayed on a shelf in my studio that the sun can't reach... but they spend a lot of time naked or half-naked and plonked down in awkward positions when I have to go do something else so it's not really much of a display. ^^;

    2. I keep mine on top of a tall bookcase in my living room. I love to look at her each time I walk by. She's out of reach for my toddlers, and only gets filtered sunlight. I'd probably put her away if certain people came over, and I thought they may not be so careful or they bring children. I don't worry too much with yellowing. To me yellowing just means a doll is well loved. And they yellow eventually even if they're boxed up, so I'd rather just not worry too much about it, lest it put a damper on the hobby for me.

      But if you feel like you're still getting the full enjoyment out of your dolls the way you're doing, then keep on keeping on. If not, keep them out. As long as they're not sitting directly on a windowsill, they'll be fine. But I feel like there is such a thing as being TOO careful.
