1. It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order. For more information please see the Dollshe waiting room. Do not assume this cannot happen to you or that your order will be different.

Do you collect PHOTO's of BJD's?

May 25, 2008

    1. I save pictures of sculpts I like or face-ups etc... Anything that inspires me really:)

    2. I love to collect photos of dolls for inspiration or just for the pure beauty of the doll/photo itself. ^^
There are so many talented photographers out there. :D

    3. I do collect photos of dolls that I like or particularly interest me. I have two Pinterest boards, one for younger BJDs and one for about 16 and above. One board has over 1,000 photos on it. I have several thousand more on my computer. I love looking at them at different times. I also like to study how they are formed, or made. Many are so human-like and so beautiful. It continues to amaze me.

    4. I do. Or I bookmark them in my Doll Stuff folder. I find looking at the dolls I want and love helps inspire me to keep saving for them, plus I love seeing all the cool things done to a single sculpt. It kind of helps me make more detailed decisions about my own doll's look and style.

    5. i do too. i used to save them on my computer, but now when possible i save them on pintrest instead so other people can look at them too and i can link back to the person who created them!

    6. I admit that I collect photos of ball-jointed dolls. Usually the picture is a stock photo, either of a doll I like but not enough to get, or of a doll that I like enough to get but can't obtain.
