  2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     2. I used to save all sorts of pics, but it became too large and unmanageable. There are so many great pictures being taken all the time, I never had time to go and look at old ones anyway. So I just deleted most of them XD Now I only save pics others take of mine for alternate views.

    3. Oh Thank god other people do this too! I thought I was being overly obssesive! I have a whole database on my Mac at home with hundreds of BJD pics from all over the web (I just checked - about 6GB worth!! Yikes!!). I pretty much add something to it everyday. I **LOVE** seeing what other people do with their dolls and because it's possible to make each sculpt look SO different I like keeping pics of ones I come across that I like for future reference or just coz they're cool. I have it sorted into individual company folders, character ideas, ideas for face-ups, favourites and a wish list folder. Phew! **maybe** I'm not as crazy as I thought!! :) LOL

    4. Also - I forgot to add that I use my BJD folder as a screen saver on my two monitors so when the saver kicks in I get 2 ongoing slide shows of all the pics! This is really cool coz I get to see random pics I saved ages ago and it reminds me of what cool things people are doing out there!

    5. I have a few...especially of outfits cause I keep on telling myself I'll use them as references for cool clothes but...I never get around to it ^^; I still keep on saving them though-especially DoD clothes XD

    7. I save a few photos here and there of ones I like, be it their faceup or outfit. and I have ALOT of my own..and use them as screen savers, desktop pics..and I am starting a small photo album of just my dolls..past and present. yup I am obsessed!

    8. Absolutely. I'm a total image 'ho, and have been for more than ten years.

      I have a prodigious database of things ranging from anime and manga, to movies and games, to the most random things you'll find on the net. For BJDs, I have several folders including ones labeled for clothes, companies, wigs, etc. My biggest folder under the BJD files must be for the Tokyo Boys' Story. I've been obsessed with that story arc since 2003. It's what got me into the whole BJD thing.

    9. I once had countless folders full of photo's and whatnot of so many BJD's I liked, especially ones that had really great faceups, outfits or photography. :D
      I became so obessed with saving so many pics that the folders starting getting all messy and I couldn't be bothered resorting them! :sweat
      It was all until my HDD crashed and then I lost them all, I knew I should have backed them up when I had the chance. :doh

    10. Yes, I do that as well. ^_^ It brings me such joy looking through my collection of photos, of all these beautiful dolls!

      I think it would be very nice to see more "official" collections such as books or more calendars!

    11. I do this too, it' helps me remember the artist and which doll it was, especially because dolls can look so different. Unfortunately, when I first got into BJD's I didn't do this, so I just saved them with "Goth" or "cute" file names so I have no idea which doll it was. Fortunately, in the case of the company ones, they put their logo on their pictures. Alot of the dolls are limited and long gone, so it's nice to see them.

      So glad i'm not the only crazy BJD-er hehehe!

      whish-list, idea of make-up, idea of clothes, bodies, hands (those BJD hands!)... and "strange BJD" (yes there is!) ;)

    15. I have so many folders with bjds photos, I've been "collecting" them for years :sweat I know I won't buy all the dolls I like, so it's a nice way to still be able to enjoy their beauty. Sometimes the photos are of dolls I don't even have on my wishlist, but the photos are so awesome I just have to have them :lol:

    16. I only save pictures of dolls if it's a really spectacular mod, or great tattoos or something like that. And of course I saved all the pictures of "my" doll from the Dollmore site becauase I know I'll never be able to take a photo of her that well.

    17. I did that too.I didn't know what kind of doll I'd like.So every time I saw a picture of one I liked I'd save it. After a few photos I spotted a trend -The photos had pictures of dolls white haired wigs and face ups with dark eye make up.so it served as guide to help me purchase my doll.

    18. I save pictures of dollfies, company photos as well as owners photos into a folder. I like looking at them, and sometimes the look, face up, clothes are something that inspires me or is similar to something Im looking for for my own doll.
      It would be nice if people could look at the ones people save, I bet some people would be surprised to find their dolls in there :)

    20. Yup, I have a folder on my computer with loads of pictures of dolls I like. It is fun to go back and see what used to appeal to me and what appeals to me know, since I've been saving pics for a couple years now.
