It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.       Excellent! Every question I had was answered swiftly and professionally.

      * How easy was it to pay?
      Very simple! I was offered my options and was able to choose and pay immediately.

      * How long did it take to ship?
      Less than 2 months. I received tracking information on February 13th 2024, and I received my doll on February 20th 2024.

      * Were there any missing or broken items in your order?
      No, everything was expertly packaged and safe when it arrived. I ever received some surprise freebies, such as a string puller, which was a lovely treat.

      * If there were any problems with your order, how did the company handle them?
      N/A, however I’m positive that they’d be dealt with quickly and professionally, as this dealer has shown me nothing but excellent business skills.

      * Would you order from this company again?
      Absolutely, without question. I have had excellent interactions with this dealer and my order was impeccable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them as a dealer, and I would most definitely order again. In fact, I already have ordered another body!

      * How was the communication? Excellent, prompt and always very friendly

      * How easy was it to pay? Very, PayPal

      * How long did it take to ship? Just over a month

      * Were there any missing or broken items in your order? Nope, all present and correct

      * If there were any problems with your order, how did the company handle them? There was a slight issue where Dolly Planet sold out of two of the eyes I had ordered and took a while to alert Dolceluce about it but as soon as they were made aware they contacted me and apologised. These things happen, it wasn’t their fault and we just arranged another style of eyes as substitutes.

      * Would you order from this company again? Absolutely, they’re lovely to deal with, very friendly, honest and quick to answer questions or concerns. Would highly recommend them.
