  2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.       * When did you order: 28th November 2011. I did a layaway with them and paid everything by 22nd Dec.
      * How was the communication: PROMPT! They reply all my emails within 2 days max and they are very friendly in answering all my questions.
      * How easy was it to pay: Easy, I used Paypal and they even invoiced me at my request.
      * How long did it take to ship: It arrived in my country 2 days after it was shipped, but it was X-mas and the post office was closed.
      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion: Yes! The resin is so smooth and feels great and he's also heavy.
      * Did the item look like the sales pictures: Yes? Maybe better?

      08th of July, 2012

      * How was the communication?
      Excellent. I recieved a mail for the sending, I told I wanted the bill inside the parcel for the customs and they were very prompt to answer, and kind.

      * How easy was it to pay?
      Very easy (paypal). I didn't recieve a confirmation order mail before paying but I think it's because it was on sunday. I paid directly, without waiting, then a day after my order was confirmed on the site.

      * How long did it take to ship?
      15 days after I paid, so less than what it was announced (3 weeks). It took 3 days after I recieved the tracking number to arrive in France.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Yes! And the body was perfectly wrapped.

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      Yes.

      Very

      Top notch! Very fast e-mail replies and wonderful order updates

      Order shipped on March 25th, 2013 (13 days from order date!)
      Order would have delivered March 28th, 2013 (P.O. attempted delivery)
      I picked up the package at the P.O. hub on March 29th, 2013

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Yes, very much so! She's lovely! I'll have to spend more time with her, but she seems to be on par with my Pukifee in terms of quality and cost a little bit less.

      Haven't really compared her to the sales pictures yet, but she's very much what I had expected.

      She's adorable, I'm very satsfied!

      In a heartbeat! She's a wonderful doll and to top it all off, it only took 16 days from order date to the date that delivery at my door was attempted. WOW

      Absolutely if it was a deal - The prices are pretty great new anyway and the extremely short wait time would have me heavily debating buying new instead though.

      There was no need to communicate.

      He arrived on 27th March 2013.

      Yes, definitely. His body is so gorgeous and the resin is very nice and smooth.

      Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      Yes, very close match, a bit more masculine though.

      Were you satisfied with the product?
      Yes, but please consider the normal skin tone is kind of a yellow tone, I know not all collectors like this.
      He is very beautiful, just like I imagined him.
