Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.       Grown-Up Kira NS w/ free faceup for the event.

      * When did you order?
      May 15 through Mint on Card

      * How was the communication?
      N/A, as I ordered through a third party.

      * How easy was it to pay?
      Super easy

      * How long did it take to ship?
      I've never had a company ship this fast! It was exactly one month from ordering that I received him!

      * Were there any missing or broken items in your order?
      Unfortunately, I had ordered a pair of glass eyes that they didn't place in the shipment. I'll be waiting for them to come with the next.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Very much so. The resin feels lovely, the construction is sturdy, and the faceup is gorgeous.

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      Close enough to them for me to be happy.

      * Were you satisfied with the product?
      I'm very happy with the product.

      * If there were any problems with your order, how did the company handle them?
      N/A, as MoC is handling that issue, and they have flawless customer service.

      * Would you order from this company again?

      1/4 Amara (normal resin) w/ face-up. She came with the New Year's cat event doll.

      I bought through a dealer (jeeryama on ebay)

      * How long did it take to ship?
      The dolls arrived to jeeryama faster than another company's wigs in the same order! So..about 1 1/2 months?

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Absolutely! Great quality for the price. Honestly the resin seems nicer than my SOOM teenie.

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      Mostly. Face-up colors were slightly different. And Amara's face looks a little different than the sales page to me, but I actually like her real face a bit better!

      * Were you satisfied with the product?
      Very!

      * Would you order from this company again?
      Yes.

      * Would you buy this company's products second-hand?
      Yes, though they're so inexpensive and ship so quickly via the company, I'm not sure why I'd want to.

      70cm boy body with free head in summer event (I chose the Len head)

      * When did you order?
      31st July 2014, direct from the company by email

      * How was the communication?
      Very good. They replied to my questions very quickly and were extremely helpful with all the extra information I asked for.
      No language problems.

      * How easy was it to pay?
      Very easy. They sent a PayPal request in response to my order email.

      * How long did it take to ship?
      Just under a month from placing the order.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      I'm hugely impressed with the quality. Much better than I expected. Smooth sturdy resin, no seam lines, nicely sculpted body and he poses and stands very well.
      The head is really lovely and looked much better than the company photos.
      (I didn't actually need the head as I just bought for the body, but the head was free anyway. I'd be perfectly happy to get a face up for this head and keep it on the doll if I didn't have other plans for the body).

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?

      Better I think. I don't think the photos they have of the body really show how good it looks.

      * Were you satisfied with the product?

      Very. Couldn't be happier.

      * If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem?
      N/A

      Definitely.

      Probably not, but only because I would prefer to buy new.

      Andrew Sculpt during Babel Event, later got event Noir Head from Denver Doll Emporium

      When did you order?
      April 2012
      pickup of Noir head October 18th 2014

      How was the communication?
      Great and easy. Typically they contacted me within 24 hours.

      How easy was it to pay?
      Easy

      How long did it take to ship?
      Last I remember, it was about two and a half months.

      Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      The quality of the resin is amazing, and the faceup price (though I heard they raised it now) was also amazing. Though receiving the Noir head I realized the magnets in one of his ears is reversed, so I'm rather dissatisfied by that.

      Did the item look like it did in the sales pictures?
      Yes, even the faceup looked exactly the same.

      Were you satisfied with the product?
      No and yes. Not only is my Noir's ear magnet reversed, but the first time I ordered I was shipped the wrong package.

      If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem?
      The company eventually shipped me the correct package, and the mix-up was eventually taken care of. The Noir head, being an event so long ago, I doubt can be taken care of now.

      Would you buy from the company again?
      Never.

      Would you buy this company's product second-hand.
      Yes, and only second hand. The company themselves seem like a bunch of screw-ups, but I still want some of their products.

      N/A as I ordered through Alice's Collections.

      Super easy with Paypal through AC.

      Shipped Feb 6, 2015 and arrived Feb 17 (although I goofed and didn't answer the door so I had to go pick up the box at the PO the next day).

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Absolutely

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      Yep! The face-up even looks spot on.

      * Were you satisfied with the product?
      Yes, he's gorgeous and just what I wanted. He's a little kicky yet (haven't decided if I want to take him apart to fix that) and I don't like the eyes he came with (which were also included with the extra head; a nice gesture, but now I have 2 sets of pointy blue eyes @_@ I suppose they'll be good as temps), but I ordered better eyes from AC anyway.

      If they had another sculpt I liked, of course. Or if I happened to need a body. :)

      Again, as long as it was a sculpt I liked or I needed a body.

      At first it was good. However when I did not receive my package for a long time I felt like I got ignored...
      when things went 'wrong' it seemed that my e-mails sometimes did not get replyed to for weeks.

      Very easy
      * How long did it take to ship?
      months and months :(

      Well, I ended up getting it for free..

      There was a mistake with the shipping.. They gave me the wrong tracking number and they forgot to send my parcel..
      I ended up getting a full refund and I was allowed to keep the head and I have been given 20% off my next Doll Leaves purchase.
