1. It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order. For more information please see the Dollshe waiting room. Do not assume this cannot happen to you or that your order will be different.

Event Doll Prom 2019 | Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio | April 27

Jan 12, 2019

A few of us from the Ohio ABJD Group on Facebook are throwing a Doll Prom on April 27, 2019. Dress up your dolls in formal garb, enjoy some tasty desserts, and dance the night away!

      LOCATION
We'll be partying at the Quirk Cultural Center in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, an old elementary school that has been converted to an ADA-accessible event space. There are hotels available nearby off Route 8 if you are coming in from out of town.

      DRESS CODE
Like a high school prom, we have a black tie dress code - for your dolls! You may come as you wish, but make sure your dolls are fancied up in their best evening wear. Masks are encouraged for our theme, but not required.

      ACTIVITIES
We'll have photo op stations for 1/6, 1/4, and 1/3 sized dolls (bring your camera!) and we're planning some fun contests like making a duct tape prom dress and decorating masquerade masks. And of course we'll name Kings and Queens of the Prom! There will be an area separate from the dolls with desserts for you to enjoy, and music and a dance floor if you feel like doing a little dancing yourself.

      TICKETS
Tickets are $20 per attendee and can be purchased via our PayPal money pool, here.
