Almost NONE! A week after my payment I sent them an email, why the order is still not marked as 'sent'. They replied asking for the paypal transaction ID. Gosh, I thought they see it immediately, when the payment is received ><" So, I sent it, and after another week, still nothing. I sent them like 5 or 6 emails, threatening them even at some point, but NO REPLY. I had no idea whether the package arrived, because I was away. Only when my mum called me that some package from 'dollheart' arrived, I was reassured.

Too long. Really.

Yes, I had thought it's really much for clothes, $95 that is, and $10 shipping (><), but the quality is excellent! Now i think it was a bargain... xD

Non-existant, but I didn't venture any communication. I ordered from them before, so I knew that they wouldn't say anything if I didn't say anything, so nothing was said. xD But they did send me an email when they shipped out my stuff.

They shipped it out on 16th November. Weirdly LONG, since the items WERE in stock on the website, but it's the way it was for the previous order I made, so it wasn't like I wasn't expecting such a wait... It arrived today, 23 November.

Yes, oh gosh yes. Beautiful, beautiful... and so many little details that you can't see from the website. It's PERFECT. The jacket is a little bulky and hard to put on, but it's nothing a little elbow grease won't solve. ^^

They were supposed to send the fukubukuros in early December, so I was pleasantly surprised when they shipped earlier. I'm not sure when exactly but it was still Nov.

Yes.

Mostly, I found the items on their old version website. The shoes are made in a somewhat ugly way though, the sole is shorter than the upper part.

How was the communication?
Talking to Judy was great, she let me know when they couldn't find the shoes I ordered but surprise! There they were in the package. Not to mention she was really helpful with a problem I had with the outfit I ordered.

How easy was it to pay?
Really easy, paid with my credit card in one go and tada.

How long did it take to ship?
Shipped the next day and it was at my house Christmas Eve.

Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
I think the quality is really nice and I love all the detail, I just wish some of the outfits were a little less expensive.

Did the item look like the sales pictures?
Just like them. I used the Silver Blue pictures as a better view of the outfit, it's the same thing just different colours.

Were you satisfied with the product?
For the most part. I love the shoes but, DollHeart didn't include the bottom petticoat in any of the Peppermint Schnapps outfits for Doll Peddler so there's a whole part of the outfit missing for it.

If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem?
Judy contacted DollHeart for me after I sent her a photo of what I had and as of January 2nd I had an email from DollHeart that they would send me the missing petticoat directly as soon as they could find them.

I'm sure I will, using an authorized dealer most likely.
