Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     1. I've been tempted by that Alexia as well, but I don't need her as I have my original girl. Ohoh, if the Zaoll Luv head is a little smaller, I'll have to be sure she never has sleek hair.

    3. Wow, all those girls are amazing! :) Zaoll Luv's face would be thinner, more defined because she's older. I thought they all looked great. I wonder if the smaller/dark haired girl is Narsha? Also, the shorter 'pageboy' wig may make Alexia's face seem rounder.

    4. Are'nt they? The smaller dark haired girl is a Narsha Zihu. I have one ordered and she is "before shipping" status.

      True about the shorter wig may make her face look a lot rounder compared to the Zaoll's. But like you said, as long as you want a much older character, then it's good. She may look a little too old for the character I have in mind that I want to be around 14-15.

    5. I finally looked up and read that she was a Zihu. :) She's on my list as well. Having seen Zaoll Luv's body, I don't think she could be 14-15. I want her to be more like 18+.

    8. I can totally understand that! Would love to see your girl in some of her outfits. I thought I would have a difficult time finding clothes and shoes for my Alexia, but have been pleasantly surprized that she can wear some SD10 and larger Kaye Wiggs size
      MSD dresses, and dollheart and other SD13 and 16 size shoes.

I had three of them, but one has moved on. Left are Alix and Irina, one with default faceup and one with a faceup by Jay Searle.

    10. So happy to see this thread alive! I have the Zaoll fullset from Dolmore. The Alexia head fits perfectly on this body. I love the proportions. Here she is wearing a free outfit the kind folks at Dollmore included:

      I ended up giving her a softer, more natural,faceup. I love her! The size is perfect. I .love being what everyone has done with their Alexias. Tetradeka, your. Penda is adorable!! And jenthered I want that blue dollheart outfit too! She is so versatile!

    14. Jenthered: Wow! You sure have a fabulous collection and I love how you dress and style them all! I especially admire your Alix and Irina. I can totally understand the need to have more than one Alexa. They are so mesmerizing and realistic that they make most other sculpts seem less compelling.

      Sylphide: Thanks for sharing your Zaoll/Alexa limited girl! She does look great on that body. I am definitely tempted, but the price will keep me safe I think because I would need to redo her face-up and the dress is from the wrong era for the character I have in mind, unfortunately because her face-up and limited dress are really beautiful. Even the underwear they included is gorgeous for that matter! I am impressed with Dollmore's attention to details: like giving you underwear, a free wig, eyes etc. I think all BJD's at this pricepoint should come with those items. The wigs and eyes I got will not be used with my doll, but I appreciate the gesture and will use them for other dolls.

    16. Thank you all for the kind comments! Alexia (I know, it's lame, but the name seems to fit!) thanks you too.

      Here she is in her fullset outfit with her new faceup. I debated getting her for nearly a year-- loved the rococo dress and the Zaoll body, but wasn't wild about the faceup. I hated wiping a limited faceup but am so much more happy with her softer look now. :)
