I was thrilled to bring home an Alexia to go with my Alex (who you can see in my post above this one) as I absolutely adore this sculpt. She's shown here with Narsha Zihu who I bought at the same time so they travelled together and I'm delighted with both of them. I've taken some photos of Alex and Alexia together and will share them tomorrow.
Gorgeous faceups on your Alexia and Alex, mikki!!! My former Alexia is back one page. I missed her so much that I recently bought her again, new this time. Pix soon I hope!!
Thank you for your kind words @jenthered @El BJD Thank you so much! I remember your girl so well, I spent a lot of time staring enviously at her photos. I'm sorry you had to let her go but that's wonderful news that you have a new Alexia coming home to you, congrats! I'll really look forward to seeing her and I hope you don't have to wait too long. As promised, here are Elna and Thomas together. I'm over the moon to have them both.
Love them both! Their outfits are so wonderfully done as well! My Alexia arrived back at the end of October, but I've had issues trying to post my photos on Flickr, as my id needed to be updated.
You're most welcome. I was going to sell my Alexias but...I have other dolls who can go first. Her sculpt is so beautiful and very reminiscent of the last Tsarina of Russia, who was Princess Alix of Hesse-Darmstadt. Inside their heads, it's Alix...
Here's my new Alexia. I think the faceup is nicer than on my first Alexia. I'd asked for a red wig but she arrived with a blonde one. I ordered this one from DDE so she'd match up with a brother and sister. Hope the photo works.
@El BJD Oh yes, she's really lovely, beautiful faceup, you must be thrilled with her. I'm so glad you got your Flickr sorted so you could share her with us. @jenthered I'm very glad you didn't sell yours and I love that they are Princess Alix in their heads.
