    1. Hey,
      well i noticed dollmore didn't have a feedback threat yet.
      And after my last grouporder...i think they need one.

      Because it made me wonder if more people have had these sort of troubles with them.

      My feedback:

      Grouporder feedback:

      First grouporder:
      All went well,
      i heard someone got the wrong shoes.
      But i don't think the person had a big problem with it.

      Second grouporder:
      I only had some eyes in this one,
      i had like 2 pairs of special dollmore eyes ~single.
      But i got them all double (so complete eye sets)

      Third grouporder:
      Well here is when it got bad.
      It was a big group order and the website had been acting strange,
      so the grouporder leader mailed dollmore the order.

      They ended up:
      -Forgetting 2 outfits
      -sending me a wrong cheaper hoodie

      I told the group order leader i wasn't accepting the cheaper hoodie,
      she agreed with me.
      After some mailing dollmore asked if we could send the wrong one back and
      they would send the right one and the missing outfits.

      ~In the end it all turned out alright, but it feels to me like the service is getting bad :/

      Feedback on quality/items:
      -clothing,
      really nice,
      But the underwear....
      some of the ruffles started to..come apart...as soon as i putted them on my doll.

      -Shoes,
      well most of the shoes they sell you can buy cheaper at ebay.
      But they are still very nice.

      -Eyes,
      i love the dollmore special line eyes,
      i own buckets of them.
      The normal dollmore eyes are <3 as well.
      My Petsha wears them and they just sparkle on photo's
       
    2. Although I can't directly say anything about the actual ordering part as I was part of PrettyInPink's group order (I do know however at least one item was missing and that the box of goods arrived damaged) I will add my comments about the items I received.

      Items ordered: 5 x pairs of Dollmore eyes 14mm.
      Narsha 'Softly Softly' outfit

      Item Quality: The eyes are lovely and fit the doll I purchased them for better that the eyes I received her with!! I would certainly recommend them as far as low price eyes are concerned! The only thing I was slightly disappointed about was the fact that the random free pair of eyes you get when ordering five pairs were not the same size, they are at least 16mm but hey, they were free so really I have no cause to complain.

      The Narsha outfit is lovely quality as far as I'm concerned, the woollen cardigan part is even lined in the body area. My only disappointment with it is that neither doll who's wearing parts of it can actually wear the entire outfit as it's meant to be worn as they are both too small.

      Verdict: I'd order from them again.

      * What did you order? Jewlery, clothes, shoes.
      * When did you order? Early October.
      * How was the communication? Good. They sent the paypal notice to the email I have registered since that's my main email but it's not what I use for paypal. I emailed them back asking them to cancel that invoice and send it to the proper one and they replied quickly, politely, and fixed it.
      * How easy was it to pay? Very, paid through paypal.
      * How long did it take to ship? Roughly two weeks.
      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Yes, though some of the necklaces seem cheap/thin chains, but they were cheap in price as well.
      * Did the item look like the sales pictures? Yes.
      * Were you satisfied with the product? Yes. I'll order from them again in the future.
       
    4. * What did you order? A lot XD I recently ran a group order and have ordered a doll (Model Huey Lewis) and a outfit.
      * When did you order? June and October.
      * How was the communication? Very good. Though I think I was overcharged for the group order, I figure they wanted to tack on shipping anyway. I don't know. But I was able to get them to combine two shopping cart lists I made for the order.
      * How easy was it to pay? Paypal is easy. You will receive a Paypal bill from them.
      * How long did it take to ship? The outfit alone took only a couple of days. The group order took a week and a half, which shocked me because it was a lot of items including a newly-released doll!!
      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? I think so. My outfit has been roughly played with (forced a poor boy to wear the frilly dress) and it's held up quite well. The doll is gorgeous and is the most poseable I have!
      * Did the item look like the sales pictures? Yuh-huh ^_^ Though I didn't get a face-up with my doll because I don't really like the one in the picture.

    10. Dollmore to me after 3 years of buying from them:
      great company nice clothes for small prices.
      Tho here me and my bjd friends do have this little thing we call..dollmore quality.
      So do not expect to much duration..in some cases. [It's kinda like H&M great stuff, but in some cases it won't last for ever]

      They have a habit of sending you 1 or 2 item wrong..or forgetting to send you 1 or 2 little thing. But they will send it..directly..or with your next order.

      Besides that..they do have a bit of a translation problem here and there.
      But i haven't had any big trouble because of that so far.

      There resin quality is good,
      and i love them for being dealer for Zaoll,Narsha and Banji's.
      [Because i had problems with dollfair.. and when they took over Narin i was afraid they might steal Gu Mi Jung's dolls too.. <3]

      Then after 2 weeks nothing changed..so i posted on ther Q&A that they didnt comfirm payment. They sned back that they would check it.
      So another week passed.. and i posted a pretty upset post.
      Because to start.. this wasn't my doll.

      They ended up replying... we already send you a invoce.. you didnt pay.

      In the end they thought i send them an email saying i wanted to pay. And send a invoce to my email adress which i used to email them.. thinking it was my paypal. [lol.. not even the paypal in the email *head desk*]


      Told me they didnt send the invoce to the paypal i send in the e-mail but the the address from the e-mail *head desk*

      Well i do think Narsha's are wonderful.
      Tho i wasn't happy about the body blush i told the girl who i orderd it for it was better to let dollmore do the body blush instead of me because they can seal it better.
      But then when i was done with her faceup en checked her body before sending her i noticed the body blush was already slichtly damaged.
      While i only posed her ones for her owner to see her standing.
      Payed 55 usd for that >:/

I told Dollmore about 4 days after I ordered I wanted the 60cm sized one and even though they just taken my package to the post office they called EMS and had my package brought back to them so they could give me the correct sized one. They also gave me store credit for the difference.

      I ordered a dress for an MSD and a coat for an SD. Both were intended to be Christmas gifts.

      December 11, 2008.

      Directly from Dollmore.

      * How was the communication?
      They never responded to my emails, but usually responded to my posts on their message boards within a day.

      * How easy was it to pay?
      They double-billed me. I'd sent payment via PayPal within five minutes of placing my order (with the order number mentioned twice on the message sent with the payment), only to get an invoice for the same amount the next day. It took them a week to determine that yes, I actually had paid them, by which point the dress I'd ordered had gone out of stock.

      * How long did it take to ship?
      They promised me the dress would be back in stock within two weeks (after two weeks of no communication and after I threatened them with a PayPal dispute). Three weeks later, I actually filed the PayPal dispute. Dollmore informed me that the dress I'd ordered was still out of stock, at which point I noted that the dress was listed as in stock on their website and said as much. I got a shipping notice the next day. :roll: I received my items today, forty-four days after placing my order.

      * Were you satisfied with the product? Everything except the eyes, i found them very low quality. Also they made a few of their *usual* mistakes (Left out a $30 wig and sent some items in the wrong color)

      They sent out the Items that were completely missed but would only send the right colored items if i was to pay shipping to send the incorrect ones back.. this happens with most orders I place with them.

      * Would you order from this company again? Yes, Even with their mistakes they are a friendly company and always throw in nice gifts.

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures? No, one of my 16mm eyes looked foggy. It didn't look clear like the promo picture.

      • Absolutely. She's very beautiful sculpt, and yet her jointing system is not at the bleeding edge of poseability. Therefore I find her very fairly priced.

      • Yep! (Well, I didn't order a faceup, but you get the idea). She's stunning.

      • Very much so. This girl just spoke to me. I have a feeling she'll be here a long while.
      • I should also mention that I found an extra pair of eyes and an SD sized top in the box as a free gift. I wasn't expecting that! Delightful.

      • Have done so in the past and would do so again. This was my first time buying brand-new from them and I'm delighted.

      On the 31st of december 2008. [It was the 1st in Korea at the time i ordered! X3]

      Really good, i like their Q&A board, extra fast answers to my noobish questions.
      I had to order twice since i wanted free shipping with the event, the whole reason i actually kicked myself in the butt to order at the last minute before procrastinating anymore about it.
      * How easy was it to pay?
      I wanted to pay by CC but they sent me a paypal invoice, and since my total had shipping on it, asked them where to pay on their Q&A, they set up a personal arrangement, i put that order in my cart and tried to pay for that, only, the link would not work in firefox. So i had to dig up my Explorer to pay with my credit card.
      * How long did it take to ship?
      It took 19 days from the day i paid.

      Yes a lot.

      Actually i was worried about that aspect because i hadn't seen any owner pictures of my doll but she looks exactly like her pictures!
