very good quality, impressed and would order dolls from the again. clothes were very good too.

Did the item look like the sales pictures?
the clothes yes, but the doll didn't mainly because i ordered her blank.

Were you satisfied with the product?
yes very and i will order from the again, they also sent me a free dress, the pvc lolita dress.

I used paypal. Was a little confused at first because I am used to the automatic paypal thing - and I had to do this manually. but it was still easy!

I received it on April 1. so less than a week!

I'm happy with it.

Pretty much.

A little different. I used paypal and expected to be taken to their site, but I had to wait for an email, which caused a little bit of panic, but once I recieved the email, it was easy as.

How long did it take to ship?
It shipped on the 2nd April, and arrived a few days after.

Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
Yeah, I think so.

Did the item look like the sales pictures?
They did.

Were you satisfied with the product?
I love the jeans, the wig I'm not so keen on, but it was only a cheap and temp thing.

How was the communication?
Very good when I used their forum. I had ordered an out of stock kimono that held up my order but never got an email from them about it. Once I posted a question about it in their forum they responded the next day.

How easy was it to pay?
Very easy using paypal.. don't use paygate or whatever it is! Another mistake I made on my first order

How long did it take to ship?
A couple of weeks, but most of that was due to problems on my end (using paygate, ordering an out of stock item, not following up, etc). After everything was cleared up it only took about 2 days for them to ship, and another 2 travelling here.

Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
Yes! This was my first order so I was kinda unsure what to expect, but am very happy and they sent some free gifts too, including some excellent looking blue eyes!

Did the item look like the sales pictures?
Yes.

Were you satisfied with the product?
Yep. Only problem is now I want a couple of other outfits I saw and they have some great looking dolls too..

How long did it take to ship? - about 3 days to dispatch and just over a week to arrive but it was during easter so it was more due to Royal Mail not delivering on bank holidays

How was the communication?
Very good. My dad and I were a little confused when we were trying to download the program for credit card payment, but when that didn't work, we just emailed them and they gave us their paypal.

How easy was it to pay?
Pretty easy, once we figured out the paypal.

How long did it take to ship?
It shipped a couple days after I ordered and it arrived in about a week. Really fast shipping!

Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
Yes! Everything was how I asked. They did the makeup perfectly and were able to get the wig and eyes I wanted.

Did the item look like the sales pictures?
For the most part.

I was extremely satisfied. The only thing that bothered me was how they painted his lips, but that's an easy fix that I haven't even done anything about it the year I've had him. They sent me extras and were a dream to order from.

Really easy. I accidentally clicked Paygate and told them through the Q&A board that I needed to use Paypal. They immediately sent a bill to my paypal account.

How long did it take to ship?
Ordered on the 25th @ about 8:34 pm. It was "On Shipping" by 11:30 pm.
Then there was Sunday so let's ignore that fact XD (Mail doesn't happen on Sundays)
Package arrived in LB on the 29th (night), attempted first delivery on the 30th, and I had it held at the post office and got it today (the 1st)

So April 25 and May 1. About 6 days :3

Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
YES! I wasn't expecting it to look so great!

Perfect match and better in person since you can see all the details.

Were you satisfied with the product?
I'm VERY satisfied! I got a free shirt (one I passed up buying because I'm not much of a skull person but it has wings on the back! I didn't know that was there so the skulls are outweighed by cute wings) and blue acrylic eyes
I also got a pen, sticker, and photocard.
So satisfied that I can't wait to order from them again!

Shipped on the 28th, arrived on the 4th May. So that's 5 days (not counting the day it was shipped since it was held at the local post office for a day)? Not bad considering I live in the UK.

Definitely. The shoes and clothes are nicely made.

oh I just wanna say I did not like the wig I got- but I liked everything else, the wig was rough, hard to brush and not good quality ^^; Then again, this is coming from someone who is used to a minimum of kanekalon quality fibers ^^;;

I was really nervous that with SO many small items, something would be forgotten or incorrect. But the entire order was perfect.

Exactly three weeks. I had a special faceup and sanding on my doll though, and then all the little items....not bad in my mind.



Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
I guess it depends on what you base it on really. For comparable BJD dolls and clothing it was a great cost:quality ratio.

Yes, very much so. It was really exactly what I expected....which is a good thing!


Were you satisfied with the product?
Very happy with everything I received!

The *only* thing I would change is for them to package a bit more securely. My box arrived smashed, and while I know that is beyond Dollmore's control, the fact that it was a pretty thin outer box to begin with and only a thin sheet of bubble around the doll box is something that could be improved. All the accessories were in separate plastic sleeves, but they were all squeezed into an open bag and were floating around the box when I opened it. If the box had been even slightly more beat up the tiny items would have come out. Luckily nothing like this happened!
