Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
Very. The dress I ordered is my favorite. It is even more beautiful in person. I don't think she will every take it off.

Did the item look like the sales pictures?
Better

Were you satisfied with the product?
Very much so. They also sent me a free pair of eyes, and a postcard.
They also adjusted their prices the day I ordered and when I got my cc bill they gave me the discounted price, which saved me $16.00. I will buy from Dollmore from now on.

Edit: I was mistaken. I was charged the full amount. I had a paypal balance and they used that then the remainder went on my creditcard. Although my discovery bums me out I didnt notice it before and it doesn't change that they had great service.

 

I can't login - I have no idea what my login is, and I input my order number it didn't come up with anything. So I emailled them to see if it has been shipped and gave them my order number. Fingers crossed it will be fine. Oh and the email is cut and pasted from their email - I didn't translate it, that's how it came. Very cryptic.

How long did it take to ship?
I ordered the doll on 10-15-08 got the email for placing my order within ten minutes. Second email I got on 10-17-08 saying the doll was shipping (got EMS number here). Kara arrived at 3:06 PM on October 20, 2008. Have always been amazed at how fast they are.

Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
The quality is just wonderful. I didnt have his seams sanded this time (both other dolls I got from them had their default seam sanding), and I can hardly notice that they havent been. His faceup is perfect but he is very tightly strung

Did the item look like the sales pictures?
He is an absolute Dream!

Were you satisfied with the product?
Very much! They changed his default wig for one I had requested with no problem even though the wig I wanted was more expensive than his default one! They also gave me free glass eyes (jewel ones!) and a free SD shirt.

So far my favorite seller to date (3 dolls ordered, 3 separate orders... no problems)

Was pretty nice.

Everything looked the same except for Aidan's face-up (due to custom face-up) and the wig I requested. The bangs on the wig I requested didn't look very long (didn't cover the eyes) in the sales photo, but in person, she's got this huge emo-bang that will not stop covering her face!

I am mostly satisfied.

Good. I had to pay with a paypal account different than the one they sent the invoice to, so I posted on their Q&A telling them what account I payed with and they were very nice about it.

Relatively easy.

Paid on Friday, Nov 7. Arrived Monday, November 17.

Yes.

Did the item look like the sales pictures?

For the most part, but some of the clothes fit a bit different in real life. Overall i'd say they look better than the sales pictures, however. They look just like people clothes! The wigs are half-decent quality, but they're thin and frizz up very easily, and don't stretch very much.. : (

Were you satisfied with the product?

Yes. They gave me a free shirt, too. : )

Amazing, though I asked them to change my address and that didn't happen... Kind of my fault, I spaced and gave 'em my mother in law's adress (has just been buying stuff for her before hand, aha) instead of mine.

My bank refused to make a wire payment to Korea, so I changed it to paypal and that was easy.

How long did it take to ship?
Not that long.

Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
Very.

Better.

Yep! Got a free wig and pair of pants with him as well, and a card.

Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
Not in some instances, one of the wigs I got sent was half made and fraying, and one of the fastenings on a $75 outfit was broken.

Did the item look like the sales pictures?
Not in the wigs case, or one of the cats you can get for the dolls, it was too large than shown and measured.

Were you satisfied with the product?
Not at all. Before, I have always been happy with their products, but this was a hurried (three days it took to ship) collection of our items.

- A underwear set was sent the wrong colour
- A $75 outfit fastening was broken
- a cat accessory was the wrong size
- I ordered the same wig in two sizes; one of them was half made, didnt fit the head it was meant for and was fraying.

Dollmore only told me to send these items back, this is during christmas season when I have had packages go missing already. They would not pay for shipping back to them. And they would only offer store credit.

Overall I am usually happy with Dollmore but now I am really put off their service. I know this is during christmas season and they will be very busy so hopefully I will feel I will beable to order from them again sometime. Please be wary of ordering from them in busy periods.

I was just a little dissapointed with the shoes (it's looks they're going to tear apart because the leather is too thin), but overall everything is fine

Yess! I love all the stuff. I was amazed at the size of everything though. O: -lol, first clothes arriving-
I don`t have my doll yet, see. xD

Oh, and my stuff arrived on the 29th December at 2PM.
I got a free pair of hair-clips, a sticker and a postcard.
And I got a free pair of shoes with the Christmas event.

Excellent! They replied immediately to let me know one of my wigs was out of stock and allowed me to substitute other product (2 pairs socks, a different wig and a pair of glasses) for the price difference.

I actually didn't get a shipping notice, but my package arrived on December 24, much faster than expected!

Great, Jee answered all my questions within a fairly short period of time. Although she offered me store credit for a wig that is out of stock and i accepted, when i got my package, the wig was actually inside. As happy as i was, it is a bit strange ^.^

My stuff didn't get shipped till Dec 26th because one of the cloths i ordered need to be restocked, but once they ship the package out, i received it on 30th, really fast

Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
Definitely. Every item looks so nice and they fit my boy perfectly, well almost. The obi of the kimono i ordered does not fit my boy's wrist. Probablly because the kimono is designed for girls, but a quick fix would solve the problem

I would say so. I also receive some free gifts from dollmore, a nice pretty dress and an underwear set. Some hair clips and one earring all wrapped in a lovely red bag with santa on it ^.^ Although i don't have any girls, i would put my boys in that pretty dress when they wanna play "girly" i guess

No, both the hoodie and the dress have holes (the hoodie a tiny one, the dress has it worse, maybe will add pictures later) . I would rather not order from DollMore again
