Help needed please. Has anyone got a comparison between Narsha and IpleHouse kid bodies or a link to them?
I don't remember if I posted those photos on DoA or not... @__@ These are photos to complete what I posted on the link ^^ Aaaaand... I have hybrid a Narsha head on Iplehouse KID body on last November ! To do this, I had to sand the head for the neck to be adjusted, because KID body has bigger neck than Narsha. And find a key ring not too big or too little to attach the elastics. ^^ If there is anothers questions, please feel free to ask !
Thank you for the comparison images! Looks like most clothes could be shared, though pants may be a bit long and shirts a but short on Narshas. Here's pictures of Vilja, my Narsha! I just finished her faceup and clothes. More detail to be added later, but it's great that she has something now
Thank you @auntbear - I was really spooked about trying to make her faceup. I'm still very much in learning ! I've never done a faceup on NS either, so it was a bit odd. I think I might have ended up being a bit too careful, even Here's an another image with a bit better lighting.
I've spent so much time working on the youngest of the siblings I haven't given big sis enough love. Today I caught some rainy day sibling snuggles. ayamay1 by JD, on Flickr
@decenicero Sorry, it seems like most Narshas here are on custom faceups! I hope you find what you are looking for though. On other news, I took Vilja out for her first outdoor photoshoot! Here are a few images from it. I'll be posting more to my tumblr later.
Has anyone done anything to the Narsha head that allows you to use something other than a bar / found something else to use? :/ I have a spare s-hook but it isn't wide enough and I really want to replace the bar, mostly because I think I've finally lost it for good. OTL
My Narsha has an S-hook, and it's seemed to work well. I've never had a bar. The doll was bought second-hand and came with it @auntbear I did indeed! All the pieces are very simple, but it was a lot of fun to make. I'm quite picky so a lot of the stuff my dolls have ends up being either made by me or edited, at least.
Hmm, my Narsha was secondhand too but he came with his bar. It's annoying to use, I had a ribbon attached to his elastic and use that every time I need to take his head off but it's so easy to lose ; A ;
i have a narsha friend shabee, not a narsha, which might make a difference , but i'm pretty sure she has an s-hook. maybe the original owner replaced yours with the bar?
