      Dollndoll Spade Valentine, make up, white skin.

      * When did you order?

      December 2009.

      * How was the communication?

      The communication was fast. I e-mailed them several times over concerns and they responded within two days.

      * How easy was it to pay?

      Very easy! I used paypal and the transaction went smoothly.

      * How long did it take to ship?

      Four weeks from the day my payment went through.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?

      This is my main problem. I did not think the quality was good. The head was broken when I received it and I got a new one but there weren't any ways to attach the back to the front except for a weak magnet. The make up chipped off almost immediately and I hardly moved the doll at all. The bottom of his feet stained immediately as well and he only sat on my shelf and wasn't moved around much.

      Yep! Exactly! They even gave me a wig with it. ^^

      * Were you satisfied with the product?

      Yes and no. My doll is very cute and I love him. The head model is very satisfactory but the body and make up were not satisfactory at all. The torso is made out of one hunk of resin, not two parts, and it is very heavy and extremely difficult to string. He doesn't want to stand up at all for me, even when wearing shoes. When I first received him his head was broken and a month after that problem was resolved the make up chipped off.

      * If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem?

      The only problem I attempted to have solved was when the back of his head arrived broken. They were very good about sending me another back to the head, free of cost, including free shipping. I never tried to have the body and face up issues resolved, however.

      * Would you order from this company again?

      I don't really think that I will order from them again to be honest. Though they were very helpful with the one problem I did have, I still had many problems that would have taken quite a lot of effort to resolve.
