1. It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order. For more information please see the Dollshe waiting room. Do not assume this cannot happen to you or that your order will be different.

    1. For me it depends very much on the look of the sculpt and whether or not I'm going to want to fiddle with eye and clothing styles. Some sculpts are very soft and gentle sculpts and I feel that the stronger faceups can sometimes look a bit unlikely on them. Same with the other way, a soft faceup on a strong faced doll can look off too. On the whole having looked at my collection I think I prefer stronger faceups. I can't seem to get away with doing the soft ones lol

    2. I didn't vote, because there's no "all of the above" option. I'm not even sure if the OP means sharp/soft features, or sharp/soft mood.

But, I too am into variety. There are some razor-sharp-looking guys up in here, and there are some guys you'd swear their faces would be soft if you touched them. There are guys with hefty noses & cheekbones that cast a shadow, and there are guys with almost-spherical cheeks and big anime eyes. There's different dolls for different spirits, as it were.

    3. I prefer unique faces, with big eyes and so :)
So I really like sharp features. My (off toppic Hujoo) has extremely large eyes and a sad mount. My MA has a large nose and a smile. I like this more than neutral because it is more of a "challenge" to give them a softer look :) I like something "outstanding" on my dolls ^^

    4. Hmm...depends on the features themselves! If they look good together, then I like 'em.

    5. It really depends on the character for me. Finn, my Obitsu haruka boy, needed a super sweet soft face, as he's a very naive, innocent teenage boy. Pharaoh Ay, my Soom Ender hybrid, needed a strong nose, defined jaw and lips and to look very take charge. I have a variety of dolls, they were all chosen based on their individual characters. It's a pretty diverse crew!
