      It was so great. They answer every question immediately,replied back every mail i sent to them.

      It was so easy. Can pay by paypal or tranfer money to bank account.

      * How long did it take to ship?

      Since some item were out of stock.It took about 3 week. 2 week for production and 1 week for transit package from Thailand to USA

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Good quality. Item were detailed. Good price. Shipping cost was not too expensive.

      * How was the communication? The customer service is great. I made and order and then added something the next day and they combined the shipping for me and let me order something else to make up for the difference since I'd already paid for the shipping on the first order.
      * How easy was it to pay? Very easy to pay.
      * How long did it take to ship? Around two weeks I think
      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? The items are very high quality

      Directly through the company.
      * How was the communication?
      Absolutely wonderful. I asked a question on the Q&A board about having one of their wigs without the ears and they got back to me the very next day saying that was just fine and that they'd even throw in a second free choker (event at the time) since I was ordering two wigs. Just a thrill to deal with.
      * How easy was it to pay?
      Easy as ever. Paypal all the way.
      * How long did it take to ship?
      Two days. I got my tracking number on the 7th June. It arrived within 5 days after that.
      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      ABSOLUTELY. it's great. I really like their products.

      Yes it did and they were packaged well.

      Most definitely

      I suppose so, but the prices direct from the dealer are decent so it'd depend on how good of a deal I was getting to stop me just getting them fromt he company directly.

      I had a really good transaction with DollWhy and they were entirely accommodating of my custom request for a wig without cat ears. I recommend them to anyone since the quality for the price is top notch in my opinion. ^_^

      Wonderful- they were very nice and replied extremely quickly when I contacted them.

      Very very quick! Went out in a day or two, then arrived quickly.

      Totally.

      Yep and it came in very cute little packages.

      they were at dollism so i was aware of the slight delay took just over 2 weeks from date of ordering

      excellent quality

    7. ***I wanted to change my review. I was in a horrible mood when I wrote it, and I think I was a bit unfair. In addition, Rudy contacted me and offered to fix my issue.

      * What did you order?
      MSD Headphones.

      July

      Direct from company.
      * How was the communication?
      Not needed for the site, but very prompt and great on DOA.
      * How easy was it to pay?
      Paypal.
      * How long did it take to ship?
      A few weeks. longer than some, shorter than most.
      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      My first pair broke within an hour of handling it. I was trying to adjust it as explained on the site but it ended poorly. The second pair haven't arrived yet, but Rudy's had them customize it to better fit a KDF head. In the pictures, it looks lovely!
      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      Yes.
      * Were you satisfied with the product?
      Not at first, but their customer service is amazing, and they've been kind enough to send me a second pair. I'm sure this second pair will be just great.
      * If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem?
      Rudy contacted me and offered me a refund or a new set of headphones. I didn't want my money back! So I asked if I could have a second set. Not only did Rudy agree, but the headphones were customized to fit KDF sized heads. I'm very grateful to everyone for being so kind and forgiving of my mistakes!
      * Would you order from this company again?
      Yes. With customer service like that, I totally would. I'm getting a few more pairs, actually, in January--when I order my next two boys!

      From the company

      Excellent! DollWhy was very friendly with their service, answered all of my questions, and let me know when my parcel was shipped out. :)
      * How easy was it to pay?: As I'm also located in Thailand, I made my payment via bank transfer and everything went super smoothly.
      * How long did it take to ship?: Preparation was less than a week! After everything finished preparing, it only took about 2 days for the wigs and headphone to arrive to me.
      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?:
      Yesyes!! The fur wigs were very soft and I was very happy with the headphones.

      Yes, if not better! The fur wigs fit snugly my dolls' heads and look very cute, and the earphones were just awesome. Thank you, DollWhy~!! :aheartbea

      I ordered a Pair of Shoes and a Hat for my Remi (aka its MSD sized lol)

      * How was the communication?
      Excellent, they were quick with any emails or updates.

      * How easy was it to pay?
      The process was fast and easy to pay via paypal.

      * How long did it take to ship?
      I ordered on the 17th and it shipped on the 20th of September. I was the one who picked airmail as my option for mailing(they detail specifically that you can contact them for EMS) thus it took a while before i could track it, but i was happy with the shipping. I immediately got the tracking number but with airmail it can take 7 to 14 days before your able to track it (and lol canada post can be a bugger with airmail!) anyway I recieved the parcel on October 1st. The parcel was packed wonderfully! And i got a beautiful picture with it.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      The quality was superb, I adore the hat and the shoes are just adorible.

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      Yes it looked exactly like the sales picture.

      Most definately, Remi is adorible in his new hat!

      Great, if any. There was little need for it ^^"

      Not too long, if I remember correctly. Arrived in the beginning of October.

      Yes :) Though they could put something soft on the inside of the headphones, because the plastic scratches the resin. The fur wig is great though, so nice to the touch...

      Yes.

      Yes!

      It was perfect! I wanted a custom wig (different color ears) so I asked them if it's possible and how much would it be. They answered very fast that they'll do it for me without any additional cost just let them know the details in the notes section of the order form.

      * How easy was it to pay?
      Easy, with paypal.

      * How long did it take to ship?
      4 days after payment - extremely fast considering the custom order.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Yes, the wig fits very snugly and the shoes are adorable.

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      The sandy brown wig color is a tiny bit more reddish in life, but that might be my monitor.

      * Were you satisfied with the product?
      Yes, very much.

      It was great. They let me know right away that something on my order was actually out of stock and they gave me the option to choose an alternate or get my money back. I chose to have the refund and they were very prompt in granting it.

      Very easy via paypal.

      It took about ten days for me to receive the items once I got the shipping notice. That's not counting our US holiday during this time period.

      Yes.
