      This is a Japan Based hobby store, specializing in several types of preowned dolls and related items! They do ship internationally and do not require a shopping service or proxy.


      * What did you order?
      A pre-owned Volks SDGR Girl body and a pre-owned set of Volks SDGR flat feet legs

      * When did you order?
      5/21/24

      * How was the communication?
      Good! I had no need to contact them before my package arrived, but I did email them when it did and they communicated well. They are a Japanese shop but we communicated in English, for reference!

      * How easy was it to pay?
      Easy! For the initial payment, I checked out on the site with PayPal. After they calculated international shipping, they sent me an additonal PayPal invoice.

      * How long did it take to ship?
      2 days! I recieved my shipping email on 5/23/24.

      * Were there any missing or broken items in your order?
      Unfortunately a finger on my body was broken when I opened my package. I suspect it was due to the body not being super secured. It was wrapped in bubble wrap, but there was a lot of room around the item itself so it was moving a lot during transit. It was also very loosely strung so it was flopping around as well. However, the separate legs were wrapped securely on their own and suffered no damages.

      * If there were any problems with your order, how did the company handle them?
      I emailed them and they answered during businesses hours in Japan. They had me file a claim with my local post office as well as Japan Post. They told me they would file claims as well. Unfortunately it is now in USPS hands and communication has been slow.

      * Would you order from this company again?
      Yes, but perhaps not fragile resin pieces that lack their original packaging. After speaking to other people who have ordered from them, this seems to happen to loose body parts often. Luckily, the hand had a clean break and is repairable, but I wouldn't want to risk more damages.

      They sell other non BJD I collect as well as clothing, I would feel comfortable purchasing those from them!

      Issue wise they were quick with communication and very respectful!

      A pre-owned Volks MSD Schulze body and head, and some accessories.

      * When did you order?
      11/16/24

      * How was the communication?
      Good! They sent me emails when my package had shipped and let me know the accessories were sadly already sold, so they would refund me for them.

      * How easy was it to pay?
      Very easy! I used paypal, which is integrated into the website.

      * How long did it take to ship?
      Two days until I received the email my item shipped

      * Were there any missing or broken items in your order?
      Nope, beyond the item already sold previously mentioned.

      * If there were any problems with your order, how did the company handle them?
      No problems at all!

      * Would you order from this company again?
      Absolutely!

      3 clothing items and 2 pairs of glass eyes.

      * When did you order?
      25 Jul 2025 (Friday)

      * How was the communication?
      Good and prompt. Besides the automatic order confirmation email on Friday after I paid for the items, they sent an email on Saturday to let me know they have reserved my items, and informed me that a Paypal invoice would be sent once they know the registered airmail shipping fee. I emailed them again on Monday to inform them that my Paypal email was different than the email I registered on their webstore with, and to send the Paypal invoice there, and they replied me on the same day that they will do so. They sent a Paypal invoice on Tuesday (to both my Paypal email and the one I signed up to their webstore with), and I paid on the same day. On Wednesday (30 Jul 2025) the item was dispatched, which they informed me on via email as well. Communication the whole time was very professional and timely, and in English too.

      * How easy was it to pay?
      Easy. The first payment was for the items as well as a small deposit for shipping, which I could do using Paypal at the end of the checkout on their webstore. The shipping was paid afterwards, through an invoice using Paypal (see my description 2 questions earlier on the invoice email).

      * How long did it take to ship?
      1 working day from me paying the shipping fee.

      * Were there any missing or broken items in your order?
      Nope. However, I did notice that one of the pair of glass eyes was just wrapped in bubble-wrap and secured in a plastic baggie. The other pair was listed with a box, so it was packed in the box and then bubble-wrapped with a plastic bag around it as well. I would have personally have packed glass eyes with some cardboard as a makeshift box to avoid pressure on the eyes itself during shipping. Anyway, nothing was damaged which is good, but it might be something to consider if you are getting fragile items like glass eyes.

      * If there were any problems with your order, how did the company handle them?
      Not applicable.

      * Would you order from this company again?
      Yes.

      * When did you order?

      * How was the communication?
      None was needed. Just needed to translate the website. They sent tracking and other information through email just fine.
      * How easy was it to pay?
      PayPal. Very easy.
      * How long did it take to ship?
      They shipped out pretty quickly and provided tracking. Just takes a bit to get her since EMS from Japan was used. Still quick for over seas.
      * Were there any missing or broken items in your order?
      Everything came ask expected.
      * If there were any problems with your order, how did the company handle them?
      No issues with the order.

      * Would you order from this company again?
      Yes. I have bought from them a few times since then and have always had an easy experience.
