  2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.       I have ordered three Volks MSD dolls from their service as a US customer.

      * When did you order?

      The first doll was ordered February 21 2022, the second March 7 2022, and the third March 12 2022.

      * How was the communication?

      I got a form email from them confirming payment, confirming shipping costs, and then confirming the actual shipment. I didn't contact them myself.

      * How easy was it to pay?

      Very easy! They take PayPal.

      * How long did it take to ship?

      Less than a week to ship (generally the following Tuesday) and all orders arrived within four days from Japan via DHL. The average price for shipment was $50 to the US (again via DHL).

      * Were there any missing or broken items in your order?

      No, there were not. Everything was wrapped very nicely in little doll burritos. The shipping boxes themselves were not padded inside but were protected on the outside by the DHL wrapper.

      * If there were any problems with your order, how did the company handle them?

      There were no problems!

      * Would you order from this company again?

      I would! They're very honest with what you get, and they ship in a reasonable amount of time too. Their site is in Japanese but is easy to navigate with Google Translate. In fact, if you have any questions on how to use it and set up an account, they have a Shopping Guide for non-Japanese speakers. My only caveat is that they don't offer layaway and thus must be paid in full.

    3. What did you order?
      3 dolls and a lot of accessories - wigs, eyes, shoes

      When did you order?
      I have done two orders with Dolly Teria this year - one in May and one in June

      How was the communication?
      Very good - I was told if any of my items were sold out. With my second order, the doll I wanted was sold out, but Dolly Teria gave me the option of cancelling my order or choosing another doll. I chose another doll and the change was confirmed within 24 hours.
      As SaltedPretzel noted, the website is entirely in Japanese, but useable with translation software. All of my customer service emails were sent in English and were easy to understand.

      How easy was it to pay?
      Very easy - I used paypal

      How long did it take to ship?
      Quick - my first order used EMS shipping. It was sent on 23/05/23 and arrived on 31/05/23. My second order used DHL. It was sent on 20/06/23 and arrived on 22/06/23.

      Were there any missing or broken items in your order?
      No, everything was as described and arrived safely.

      If there were any problems with your order, how did the company handle them?
      As above regarding sold out items

      Would you order from this company again?
      Absolutely! Their replies are quick, customer service is good, pricing is reasonable and packaging is thorough. If you'd like to see how they package dolls, I have photos in a box opening thread here.
