1. It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order. For more information please see the Dollshe waiting room. Do not assume this cannot happen to you or that your order will be different.

Dollzone Discussion ~ 60 and 70cm ~ Part IX

Nov 11, 2023

    1. That's likely lighting! It definitely comes across as neutral in person.

    2. @Cloudedmind as an undertone, yes, I would say it's purple-grey, but the effect is very faint, and I don't really notice it unless the sculpt is in shadow.

    3. Well, I bit the bullet on the Loong Dragon head. Ordered him blank in green resin. No idea what body I’ll get for him! I don’t like big beefcake dolls so I’m hoping to add some epoxy to make the neck hole smaller and find a slim body 65cm or less with beast details (would love clawed hands for him)

I am in love with my new Deer - he’s just the prettiest head sculpt to me with so much personality. And really like the B60-005 body as well, it’s so graceful and poses great despite being from 2017 (I have a doll made in 2018 whose elastic I had to replace already). It’s not as weird as I thought it would be, having my first big male doll. Lots of work to do on him!

    5. Pulled the trigger on Aska this morning. Couldn't resist his charm and I've been wanting a bigger DZ guy fro a while, but I've missed out on all their other limited releases.

    7. I love the outfit he has. But the one who'd wear it is not even close to his size. My wallet is grateful for that.

    8. @Rabbit-moon Thank you! He's so handsome, I can't wait. :D

@Iron_Dog As far as I know it's just the doll that's available, the outfit and wig aren't unfortunately.

    10. TokyoLynn, yes, Aska is amazingly handsome. I love that brooding, world-weary expression on his face. (I'm a total resin-ho for them moody boys. :drool)

But, in the meantime, it would be great to see a few pics of your DZ Gray boy. He's such a a lovely sculpt. There isn't enough Gray Love in this thread! :aheartbea:fangirl:

    11. Hello everyone ^^ I'm waiting for Hush head and just ordered his body separately. Was wandering, what is the estimate time for Dollzone production? some says 4 months, some - 8 and more :sigh

    12. I ordered two DZ bodies last year and got them in 4 months. I think long wait times are mostly for fullsets.

    13. @salvarion I ordered a blank Lucius and am currently reaching the 6 month mark.

    14. @Rabbit-moon Thank you! I actually have quite a few photos of him on my Instagram Resin_Crowe. He's one of my favorite boys.

    15. Sorry, I was off camping for the past week - thank you for the link and info! I think, despite my love of dragons I might pass on him. He doesn't really fit with my crew at the moment (and my wallet sighs in relief).

    16. Hiya! Did anyone here by chance order the limited Human NaNa (1/3 scale) doll that came out a while ago? I think it was around Halloween since the doll had blood patterned pantyhose and a red and white theme overall and fake blood in the promotional pictures. The doll also had "stitches" on it's face and a little red bow on the nose.

If you ordered it, I would love to see pictures! :aheartbea I wish I had had money to buy her head, but a student can only dream!
