Because I ordered him through Featherfall the communication was excellent.

Very.

I finished paying for him on New Year's Eve and received him Jan. 22. Pretty quick for Dollzone, even with the stopover at Featherfall factored in!

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
Mostly. Doll, yes; outfit, not so much.

* Did the item look like the sales pictures?
Yes, exactly!

* Were you satisfied with the product?
I'm very satisfied with the doll; it's beautifully made. I'm not a huge double-joint fan so his elbows and knees seem odd to me, but there's nothing at all to fault about them.

However, the fullset items are really not worth the extra, with the exception of the boots and potentially the pants. The wig is a joke -- thin, ill-made, trash. The jacket, while wonderful-looking, has a very strong plasticky-chemical smell that lingers and lingers. I don't quite understand these two issues.

* If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem?
I didn't bother worrying either Featherfall or Dollzone with the issues.

* Would you order from this company again?
Yes, but not their wigs. I'm appalled by this one.

I have a number of 2nd hand Dollzone dolls and love them all. So yes.

* How was the communication? well it was good to start off with but then I had troubles contacting them about a problem with the shirt . It took a little while to get back to me but they fixed the problem and sent me a new shirt.

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? yes and no. they do need to look at how they make there clothes in my opinion. The pants still are not right the whole is in the wrong place and it get caught in his joints.

* If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem? . The original shirt stained him very badly but they sent me out a free shirt made with new fabric and it is wonderful. The pants I'm afraid I can't use cause they get stuck in his joints and its hard to pose him. They did offer me 90 off the next pants I order.
* Would you order from this company again? yes there dolls are amazing. The company Tan's the colour right thought the resin and they do a wonderful job on their dolls.

I love my Mo and I want to get more dolls from them.

* How was the communication? I bought through Jeeryama (Doll's Singing) on ebay, and it was pretty good, my questions were answered mostly in the next day, if not in the same day.

* How easy was it to pay? Very easy by paypal

* How long did it take to ship? Took a while (two months) but it seemd pretty quick considering that their production was being slowed due to holidays. They shipped the doll very carefully and with loads of bubblepaper to prevent damage.

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Pretty much.

almost perfect, except for the gloves n default wig, the wig look like dry grass from the dessert n the gloves are too big for the jointed hands

Had to pay via Alipay / Taobao because they don't accept Paypal.

Shipping itself was only 5 days. Production was 2 months

Yes!

Yes! The doll and all the clothes are of excellent quality and look like the pictures. The wig is very soft and smooth too. My only complaint is that the bangs are too long, but I suppose I can cut them myself.

Very, except that the doll was strung too tied so I'll have to sort that out later >.<

I knew what to expect, as far as the doll itself was concerned. The clothes, shoes, accessories, and eyes are beyond what I was expecting. The clothes and shoes were put together very well, and the accessories are beautifully detailed. The wig, however, had some spots where the wig cap showed through. Aside from that, color and over all feel is very good.

Almost exactly. If there are discrepancies, I haven't yet noticed. The wig has some bald spots, but I can over look that.

Most definitely. Their clothing was amazingly well done, and their boots are simply breathtaking. The eyes have wonderfully clear colors. I probably wouldn't order wigs from them, though.

Since the fullset isn't very expensive at all, in my opinion: Yes!

The face-up maybe differs a little and the wig looks kinda different too.

Overall: Yes! Mo looks really beautifull, the resin and the default face-up is very nice and the clothes look well made too. Only the wig is really cheap-looking.

Yes, I enjoy the eyes in the head sculpt, and the wig has a skin top cap! I was very impressed.

As much as I loved the head, they made an oopsie, and sent me the wrong color head! I ordered a pink skin, and they sent me a yellow skin.

They are in the process of solving it now. I contacted sales and service after confirming with the DOA community that I had indeed been sent a wrong colored head. I sent them comparative pictures to my other DZ doll's skin, and they agreed that they had made a mistake. I asked the representative Winnie about return shipping and handling, and she asked me to simply keep the head that they sent me in error. I was so surprised! I asked her again if she was sure, and if I could/should pay additional shipping, and she said not to worry. Either way, the customer service so far has been monumentally kind, quick, and generous.
EDIT/UPDATE: I recieved the correct head this morning! She looks beautiful, and is exactly what I ordered.

... >_> Honestly? For the actual doll himself, yes. The fullset? NO. The pants are horribly ill-fitting and the shirt actually came apart the first time I was putting it on him. The belts look cool but the silver layer is already separating from the thick black part. The wig is horrendous and has a huge spot in the front where the wigcap shows. The face up is decent, but its not really that much better then what I could do. The shoes are fine from what I can tell. The extra pieces (head scarf, arm sleeve, & bandana) are fair - the material is cheaper then the photos make it look.

Pretty much. Like I said, the extra pieces are made out of spandex and the pictures make them look like they're made out of shiny silver like the rest of the outfit.

...^^;;; sort of. I would not recommend buying the fullset if you don't have to.

I haven't mentioned it to MoC. I've been really busy ever since I got him. Its been a little bit so I don't know if they'd even care by now.

Dolls? yes, blank and nude. Clothes or wigs? NO. Shoes? maybe. Pay for a faceup? I do my own work usually anyway, but no, its not worth it for the price.

Did the item look like the sales pictures? Yes, other then my dolls face which was a lot less feminine and a lot more suitable for the charecter then first presumed, my only complaint is how thick his neck is and how small his head is REALLY bugs me

Were you satisfied with the product? My first doll was a double jointed eLuts girl, so when it came to a single jointed Doll-zone boy I wasnt very happy with his limited movement, and how loosely strung he is (because I've never strung a doll before I havent fixed that) but I've grown to love him. After my friends mishap where he doll looked little to nothing like the photos I probablly wouldnt buy from Doll-zone again unless they release something I really like, actually thats a lie now that I think about it, I wouldnt buy a single jointed body or cloths, but right now I'm considering buying a Raphael head after seeing other peoples pictures of him.
