  2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.       I ordered some underwear, and mine has yet to be shipped, but i ordered on the 27th.

    9. Congrats Lunasa! My White Flexi body (with the eyes I ordered with it) just cleared customs this morning. Sometimes they hit customs once they reach the east coast, too, so I could have it tomorrow - or next week! :P

    10. I just received my domuya BW flexi body and I noticed some holes in the resin in the headcap. They are not just spots, they are actual holes with little black indentations inside.

      Is this a common problem? Or should I complain to the company? Or is that being too nitpicky?

      Also do the bodies come with the slip on covers for the legs and arms?

      Sorry about posting here but I am not sure where I ought to post this..

      I hope someone can give me some advice on this. Thanks in advance.

    12. Airbubbles happen and that's all that is. With it not being in a visible place, I wouldn't worry about it. If it really bothers you, though, see if they'll give you a replacement.

    13. I ordered on the 6th of April, but paid by e-cheque, delaying things for about a week, & also, there was the Easter holiday around then, & I'm in the UK, which might affect matters.

      My body arrived on Monday 30th April, safe & sound.

      I'm worried.. cuz I think I still ordered during the event price but I haven't gotten my invoice yet ;___;... I really hope I got her cuz my girl really needs a body...

    15. You should have gotten an order confirmation right away o__O;; And if you're paying by PayPal, it should've taken you straight to the site to pay right away. Have you tried logging in and going to your profile to view the order?

Uhhh great -__- When I did it I went through the entire order process, selected paypal as my payment method but never got redirected to paypal or got a confirmation email or anything even though I was on the confirmation page. So I logged in as you suggested and the flexi is still in my cart, only not at the promotion price anymore as it is obviously past Apr 30 by now..................................... -_____________________- what the heck

    17. Oh noes, it sounds like you never completed the order :( I guess you could try e-mailing Domuya and explaining your situation... I don't know if they can tell what day you put it in your cart, but I don't think they'll give you the sale price anymore >__<;;

    18. That sucks... I was on the page that said "confirmation". I'm positive because I always double, triple, quadruple check since sometimes it can be hard to tell if you've completed the order or not. There were no more buttons to push :/... sigh. Well I e-mailed them... just waiting for a reply now =_=;......
